Nice video. It's good practice to undo the fill points first before you drain the fluid. Also, Powerflex do poly inserts for the engine and gear box mounts.
HI, I have a grinding noise which sounds to be coming from the front nearside of my Panda 4X4. It sounds like the pads binding on the disk, but the brakes are ok. Could this be a drive shaft or the transfer box?

What maintenance do you do on your prop shaft? Does the centre spider need greasing like the Mk 1 did? Do the CV joints at either end need greasing?
There’s not much you can do on these from standard.. there’s no grease points unfortunately. You can buy all the parts to repair them though
Hi, why’d you select 80W-90 for the rear diff over 75w-85 as a matter of interest?
With the extra abuse I wanted a slightly thicker oil. And also it’s quite cold in the UK so running a slightly thicker oil isn’t bad
@@PTP4X4 thanks, makes sense. I’ll try that in our two.
Great video as always . So informative and you make a full service look easy . How often do you change the coolant and brake fluid 🤫
Great question .. That may be for another video
Panda 1.0 hybrit oil change how many litres?
Not sure

It could be a stone stuck in the backing plate of the disc. Or the calliper sliding pins are stuck ?
Is that your place? Or is that a like a self-serve garage? Thats such a cool set up! I follow you on IG, one of my favourite builds 😊
Yes it’s my workshop.
I run a classic car workshop so have access to the ramps and stuff. Thanks very much !! Appreciate it
Were can you buy dlrear diff, and prop shaft bearing covers ?
Prop bearing cover is factory fitment. The rear differential cover was from sump guards UK
