Great video. I’m finding the wiring slack on the top side of throttle grip to be quite annoying catching my finger, planning to redo that side to route slack on bottom. Also, I was able to mount on my 15 Versys with only removing the one panel next to the tank. A snug fit but worked.
Did this job on mine last weekend. It's possible and honestly pretty easy to just feed the wires up along the neck and through the brackets so you don't need to remove the front fairing. It took me about an hour and I only needed to remove the seat and the two left side panels.
That's the trouble with you Andy, never take the time to do it right 😜. Awesome as always - Cheers from UK. If you have the time it'd be great to hear how they perform.... im amazed you've gotten away without them till now. I've got Oxfords Touring grips on my V1K and to be fair a bit disappointed. Absolutely brilliant on my previous VFR 800, but same type on the Versys seem uneven left to right and fluctuate up and down like hell. Maybe not well matched to the V1K electrical system and maybe I'll swap em out if the OEMs run on rails. Thanks again Andy 👍
Paul this video is from two years ago, I had to re-upload due to a technical problem with it . So I have been using the heated grips for two years now and I am happy with it, they work flawlessly.
Hej Myślałem,że miałeś oryginalne:) Uważałeś z klejem?Ja swoimi przy nakładaniu na kierownicę wycisnąłem klej i pociekł na osłonę zbiornika-nowa naklejka popsuła mi humor:(

Hey- do these heated grips only hear one side or they heat all the way around the grip?
All the way around
@@MotoAndy good to know- something is wrong with mine then sadly
Am I seeing things or does it say HONDA on the back of the control module at 1:45? I need to do this upgrade for mine, but it looks like a royal pain!
your eyesight is OK, after all, every kawasaki has a honda in it ;-)
I just ordered for a KLR and mine says Honda as well
