very good, job very cleand and profesional..
Great video thank you! And camera work is spot on. Will be doing this today or tomorrow
Very useful to see
Very disappointed with your Daughter/Camera Operative..........Hair colour should be Kawasaki Green.......😝
Great Vid. Thank you. What I did to remove the factory dash plug is use Philips bit on a 1/4 drive socket with a short extension. I also did remove the windshield brackets and it gave me space to operate the ratchet . Thanks again for taking the time to produce the video. Its very helpful. Cheers from Canada. Ride safe.
I bought a $19.99 Dual USB Charger with a built in Voltmeter on eBay for my 2009 Versys 650.
It's the exact same size as the dual USB Charger that you installed.
The installation is the same, too.
Nice job for not having mechanical abilities with the bike. Looks like you have done your homework prior to the task at hand
Great video, my versus is a 21 model so I assume the process will be the same for me. Actually I have heated grips on, I hope they haven't used the same connections and really that you did or I will be lost
Thank you so much for this video, that's exactly what I needed. I'll be doing the same very thing tomorrow, but I'll stalling a gear indicator as well. Good video. Thanks!
Thanks for this -- made the connections perfectly clear. Be careful with loctite on plastic -- depending on the kind of plastic it can make it brittle. Loctite makes a plastic threadlocker (452, cyanoacrylate), but for low strength and a single use, silicone caulk is a decent plastic threadlocker.
This video has been super helpful. Will be getting it done on my versys soon!
I just used a relay from a Honda Civic (it was a bit smaller than some "universal" 12v relays I had) that I had on hand, made four wires with male and female connectors to go from the harness to the relay, made sure the harness pointed down for rain protection, and zip tied the relay to that bracket. That way I could use what I had without having to butcher the wiring harness.
Thanks for this! Makes my job so much easier now :)
Thanks. Good video and helpful.
Is there a kit from a manufacturer please. Me no like Ebay.(( I am very pleased to see that the wires are already in situ. Hope I find my 2021 Versys is the same under the fairing)) Thank you.
Have u managed to install one on your 21 versys yet bud I'm looking at doing mine but can't find much online to if its diffrent or not
Thanks man!!! Show!!!!
Very good
Great video! Bike should come with these extras from factory. Wonder if grip heaters are just as easy to install?
Thanks Im sure heated grips can't be that hard to fit I don't plan to fit them to my bike but if i do i will film it and post it i rarely read manuals so should be funny lol
Thanks 👍
Good job Malc, Kelsey you are such a plonker lol
Hahah ! she is
