- So we just got slapped by some rust, pretty rattled about it but it is what it is. Just going to keep moving forward and get the car done.

Man I bought a civic 2 months ago. The strut tower on the driver side completely separated from the frame rail due to rust.. the guy that sold it to me did the same thing patched the rust holes and painted over them..
Dude I know… I was clearly told that rust repair was done but they did a tiny bit then just patched the rest. The new metal that was put in just ended up rusting anyways….
@@Sam_Stew yes that sucks.. I'm lucky the strut tower didn't give out when I was going down the highway.. it taught me a valuable life lesson never take what people say at face value.. luckily I found a 2000 Honda Civic and all the aftermarket stuff on the broken Civic will transfer to the new one..
@@Sam_Stew I will upload a video of the strut tower in a few days. It's crazy I've never seen anything like it.. the whole tower separated from the frame rail
Whats your ig? I cut my rear higher than that lol coz im running 17s. What rims are you planning?and specs? Get those 15x9 +15 offset like mst timeattack wheels.
