    Thank you Lu Chin! ❤ I can say that the Blue Dot pillow is one of the best tools I have for my neck. I had a neck injury from a car accident many years ago and it now has micro-scar tissue and arthritis. My orthopedic doctor recommended cortisone injections a few years ago but I’ve never gotten them. I tried chiropractic for a year with some relief but don’t need it any longer because I feel just fine using the neck exercises you have taught me, the chin-tuck, and the blue dot pillow. It feels great to be pain free with good neck rotation and a good nights sleep.

      Claire, I too was in an MVA 30 yrs ago, neck arthritis now and reverse lordosis. I had an RFA but it didn't help, caused residual nerve damage and no pain relief so no more procedures! I'm better with LuChin's exercises and after reading your remark I'm hopeful the Blue Don't will be a great relief! Thank you for sharing!

    Hello Dear LuChin!!! I agree the neck is such an important part of overall health. I've found through your videos my neck health has improved and my back health has improved as well. Also I don't get headaches anymore!!! I will look into that pillow, looks very interesting.

    This video is the best case for taking care of our neck and posture. I like how you have included your own experience and show ways to incorporate this posture into our daily lives. I am going to check out the blue dot pillow. I have had surgeries where I had to sleep on my back and had neck pain as a result. As usual your teaching is so helpful for our good health. Thank you.

    Hello LuChin. Thank you for your wonderful videos. I find them (and you) to be very calming and enjoyable to follow, with clear and easy instructions. I really appreciate the wisdom and simplicity of the gifts you provide. It is almost strange how we easily forget about our posture and then wonder why we are in pain. My neck feels better already with just a bit of stretching after following your suggestions. Thank you for the simple reminder to be conscious of our position (posture) while awake or sleeping, as well as the need for proper stretching to help correct our mistakes. Much appreciated!

    Hello, LuChin! I just received my ZAMAT Bluedott Ultra Button pillow! I'm excited to try it tonight. I hope you can help me with something. I don't understand how to adjust the pillow height. It seems the button needs to come off but there are no directions for that. (I wrote the company but no reply, the chat isn't working.) With gratitude..... See you soon in class!

      Hi Carrie, I happen to check my YT message now. The button can be opened, just like a button on a shirt. (Using two hands to get hold with the button on top and bottom of the pillow, and pull it), open the zipper, then you will see there’s a insert in the middle.

      Play around with it, to determine whether the middle insert needs to be removed. I took the middle insert out (because it is high for me when I sleep on my back). I placed it underneath the right wing so my right shoulder will have more support when I sleep on the side. Even that it’s not enough support for my shoulders, so I put two thin notebooks under each wing to make it truly perfect (for me)

    Thank you for your channel. The well-produced videos, your gentle guidance, and the variety of choices you provide are I inspiring. Practicing QiGong with you is helping me recover from years of illness and surgeries. Thank you. Do you have anything for the parathyroid? Not the thyroid. We each have 4 parathyroids and I now have only 3 due to hyperparathyroid surgery. I want to keep the remaining one healthy. Any QiGong forms for this?

      Sorry for the very late reply. Maybe you can commit to the qigong practice “Zhan Zhuang” or Balancing of Yin Yang.“ The health benefit is enormous. Start from five minutes, work to eventually 30 or 40 minutes for a daily practice

      I learned this from a Taoist physician. Use your hand the area between C6 and C7 on your neck, where the nerve for the parathyroid can often get pinched. This will help ensure the flow of qi. I would do those three times a day, nine or 18 times each time. Hope this helps. 🙏🤗
