    I'm trying to get fit after dealing with breast cancer last year. It's time but, wanted a something "doable". Thank you for this 10 minute workout! It's great start ♥

    This is great! I love the timer on the screen, and it's wonderful that you acknowledge that the coordination isn't always easy. Makes it much easier to not get discouraged and behind.

    These videos are great. The one thing I would say is that you should have one of your backup girls do modified versions of the moves for those who are really out of shape or have health issues.

    I've now lost 74.5 lbs and a year later, this helped me I done this once a week combined with lots of other different kinds of cardio and healthy eating. Just about 30 to go! Getting so close👊🏼

    I did this workout more than 100 times so far and it's not hard anymore, it's good especially for beginners and for those who are wondering how they can smile while doing that trust me you will be able to do that too

    Third day in a row doing this workout and I've started adding the ab workout in str8 after. Slowly but surly getting my fitness back. This is great if your trying to be get back into working out!

    Great routine! I teach a free class to kids out here in Albania and we use have used your Ultimate Warmup Routine to warmup for each Zumba class. The kids really like it! Thanks from your fans in the Balkans!

    I just updated my iPad and I don't see this video on your app! I did find a couple of "older" videos that were new to me under the leg workouts, but there are several not on your app (Teddy Bass, "no equipment necessary", and now the "scorch calories" for example) that I wish were accessible through your app. I can find them via UA-cam, but it would be more convenient to have it right there on the app (and not have to wait through a commercial, short as they might be). Thanks for these 10 minute workouts. I love them and use them every day!

    I did not workout this morning and would have done this. Nevertheless, I did it after a long day and I am glad I did. I will add it to my favorites and return often when I need a quick shot on a tight schedule.

    I like how they talk to each other while working out. In other workout vudeos they stay quiet and smile instead of talking. The only one talking is the trainer but no in this one everyone is talking which is less awkward

    I never get bored of this workouts i could do it all my life, but i read is good to change of workouts after a few months of doing the same, but what happen if i cant find one that really likes me and motivate me to do it like this?

      If u want to get toned make sure to do it along with a bout of strength training as well

    I just did this short and sweet workout......My goodness! I didn't even knew that 10min of your day would leave u sweating buckets😅 but this was a great piece of workout....it helped me relieve my stress and I am all focused now.....thanks a lot popsugar fitness 😘😘😘 I am your big fan 🙂 love you loads Anna and others ❤️❤️

    Great workout to get back in shape. I'm not a total beginner but my 6 year old sure is! His coordination is not at all good at his age but he was able to do about half the moves and just jogged when he couldn't so it was great for us both! 10 total zone minutes out of 10 according to my fitbit!

    The first time i did this i needed to stop like 2 or 3 times. Second time i didn't have to stop and i still had energie left! Progress :)

    A part of my daily workout routine now. I used to do a twice a week, 90 minute cardio workout which I now know is not good for weight loss. I've started doing this now and it's helped me lose a lot of weight.

      just try to do this workout at your own pace pushing yourself as much as you can and you will reap better results in the long run.

    very nice exercise, plz give suggestion that during hoping exercise I cant do it, I feel more tiered and I wil stop for a while, Shall I do this or not. ur cardio exercise is veryvery helpful to me, thanx for posting it on youtube.

    So I got a question...been exercising for like 3 weeks now...and I've noticed that whenever I squat, my knee makes this clicking noises.
    And my lower left stomach is always hurting

    i love this workout! this is the second time i am doing this workout! when i did this for the first time, i was able to finish it. and now, after a long break, i am able yo do this and i feel endorphins pumping in my body with a lot of energy! thanks a lot pop sugar fitness!!!:)

    sure. just slow down or don't lift the knees that high if you feel like it's too hard. if you are just beginning to work out, start slower and work up to the whole routine/speed + wear good workout shoes, drink some water between sets. I weigh 105kg and I do that (weightloss journey aaw yeah)

      I have a playlist of 97 videos and I do different combinations from there regularly. It's best to do two 10-minute cardio ones, one strength, depending on what areas you're focusing on that day. If you can spare some more for workout, do more videos, or more reps of the same ones. Try something new every once in a while. Keeps you motivated. Also, I highly recommend Les Mills Grit #LIKENINA (look it up!) for a 30-minute intense cardio.
