Hi! Thanks for the support! It will most likely be our weekend cruiser/ trail rig! I think they are pretty good tires and from what we hear they last a while if you rotate them every 3-5,000 miles! Small price to pay for the amazing tires + the bonus that they are SILENT

I run Dyna Beads in my mud tires and can’t speak highly enough about the way they perform. The problem with Road Force balancing is yes their balanced now while new but as tires wear or a lug gets ripped gravel mud etc gets hung in lugs now it’s out of balance that’s where the Beads shine. A lot of people put BBs or cheap beads in and have subpar results. But if a high quality bead is used the results are amazing. Just my experience on the subject. I enjoy your channel.

There is no difference between running a spacer or finding the rim with the exact offset. It's very difficult to find rims with the exact offset. Spacers allow flexibility in choosing rims
@@Garagecouple yeah I get that. You might find a rim with the right offset, but an ugly design. I would just be scared of sawing off the original studs to put spacer on. I have 2" spacers on my duramax and running 20x12 with a -44 offset. So I'm not 100% against spacers, I just dont like the fact you have to cut the studs that you're mounting too. Great videos btw. I'm buying a wrangler next week. Watching your vids help me decide on what mods I want and also where to get them.
Why the need for 1 tons? Build the stock D44s, don’t need a full hydro steering just a cheap budget hydro assist, do some diy 1 ton steering, and a 4” suspension lift 2” body lift I’d say $5000
Misleading people who don't know how much you have to do to run 38's, ie gears, axles, lift, cutting, flashcal, etc. Just stop, you clearly know nothing about what your trying to do. People you can't run 38's on a stock jeep!
Well, now we know what this channel is about... this is a click bait video that could have been answered with a tiny amount of research of the TJ platform. Running anything that sacrifices stock travel isn’t worth it for most scenarios.
Hell no, body lift is the worst thing you can do, makes it look like crap with a 3 inch gap between your frame and body and they are sketchy. 6inch Lift kit would be your best bet
Love your vids. Just a word of advice, you need to look down the barrell when you record yourself speaking. You're always looking off to the side and not into the camera. It's really off-putting. What is off to the side that you're always looking at?
@@Garagecouple YES IT DOES NEED TO BE REGEARED. Based on people in the know if you go digger than 33 inch tires you NEED to regear or your shit wont last long.
I will agree to disagree with you. Our green TJ has 35s with the manual and 3.73s and it has over 260k miles driven with that setup. You don't need to regear. Anyways, we prefer the jeep without a regear anyway. To each their own. We love jeeps and respect the way everyone mods their jeeps, even if they put 30 inch rims etc.
@@cabinetmaster44 Regearing is a 'good' thing, but it can drive and do well without regearing. I personally wouldn't want to use them without regearing, but there is absolutely no 'need' to regear. If anything, regearing would do MORE damage, as the pinions get much smaller, things are spinning faster, etc. Taller gears (lower number) are actually stronger than lower gears (higher number).
Video titled no lift kit with skyjacker boxes in the in the background of the garage .. it was all I could do to watch this couple without becoming so nauseous I had to take a break.. no drive footage meaning I can run 44's on my Honda Element with no mods ... Thanks for the worthless video 👍🏼
Garage Couple The point is ride quality. You’re going to have one hell of a squirrely ride, and in turn bash on whoever gave you your shocks because your ride quality sucks from over inflating your tires.
@@Garagecouple Actually, he's right and you're missing the point. "You can get them on there" and "they fit" are totally different sports. From a mechanical perspective, you're going about your build backwards.
@@Garagecouple I'm actually taking it slow.. right now im installing 4inch lift kit as we speak. Rough Country's cheapest item $545.. once I raise the jeep first then I'm going to install the 37s. I'm sure I will have to make some spacer adjustments etc.. will let u know the outcome!!!
@@JeepTrailsandBarbells welll.....I'm at the regearing phase right now. Just lifted the jeep 4 inches, bumpy as hell. Been diagnosing the problem for a bit. I think I figured it out. Then I can slap the 37's on my TJ with a freaking dana 30 on the front. I dont know why I do this to myself

Yup! Usually they don't take any weights is what we were told. They had to add some weights to give us a perfect balance. So far. So good.
Вы такие классные, позитивные,с удовольствием смотрю ваши фильмы, спасибо вам , счастья и успехов вам!!!
Thanks for the support
4” TeraFlex lift kit
Close! You can see the kit in the background! Stay tuned!
I would say 6" would be better for 38s
Stay tuned!
Hey instead of getting spacers, why not just buy a wider rim with the offset you're looking for?
If you want to grenade your driveline, this is how you do it.
Driveline upgrades as well as a full dual rate suspension kit will be installed in future videos! Stay tuned for the ride!
That's funny 😁
If you spent another $15,000 you could then drive it.
Thanks for the comment! Fortunately not!
@@Garagecouple 1 ton Axles, gears, brakes, hydro steering, suspension ... seems like 10-15K to me.
Guess you'll have to stay tuned to see the #garagecouple way!
Why the need for 1 tons? Build the stock D44s, don’t need a full hydro steering just a cheap budget hydro assist, do some diy 1 ton steering, and a 4” suspension lift 2” body lift I’d say $5000
Thanks for the suggestion! Stay tuned for that!
When you got truck stuff to do, look no further than the Tundra!!! 🙂
Misleading people who don't know how much you have to do to run 38's, ie gears, axles, lift, cutting, flashcal, etc. Just stop, you clearly know nothing about what your trying to do. People you can't run 38's on a stock jeep!
Lol! You're telling us (who have put 10k miles on our jeep tj with 38s) without half of those mods. 🍺
Well, now we know what this channel is about... this is a click bait video that could have been answered with a tiny amount of research of the TJ platform.
Running anything that sacrifices stock travel isn’t worth it for most scenarios.
We enjoyed making this video. 🙌
Hell no, body lift is the worst thing you can do, makes it look like crap with a 3 inch gap between your frame and body and they are sketchy. 6inch Lift kit would be your best bet
1.25 inch body lift = gold
You remind me of a character name Dina from The Last Of Us 2.
Interesting
Love your vids. Just a word of advice, you need to look down the barrell when you record yourself speaking. You're always looking off to the side and not into the camera. It's really off-putting. What is off to the side that you're always looking at?
Thanks for the tip
Great video but it’s “wheels” not rims
Sell tires on this video. Sell lifts on the next video. Brilliant
Really...if you cant drive it they dont fit. Plus it needs te be regeared.
Doesn't *NEED* to be regeared! But depending on what its used for it might be important! You're correct 🍺
Cheers!
Those wheels need more back space
If they stick out any more I won't fit in a lane lol
@@Garagecouple I'm working on a tj on 37 had to get different wheels but I have 2 inch spacers
Appreciate the worthless comment 🙂 😌
Dropping to 30psi? 🤣🤣 on a tire that size on a TJ you should be running like 15-18psi street pressure max?
Ehh, the age old debate. I'll go with what the manufacturer recommends
Garage Couple The point is ride quality. You’re going to have one hell of a squirrely ride, and in turn bash on whoever gave you your shocks because your ride quality sucks from over inflating your tires.
If you can’t drive it, then they don’t fit. I have 38s on my LJ. You won’t even be able to turn that Jeep as it sits.
Appreciate the comment..They fit physically, technically.
Hey guys, so if they fit but you can't drive it that's called they don't f****** fit.
The question was simply do they fit, not do they work :)
They fit, but you can't drive it. The answer is no.
The answer is its complicated haha
@@Garagecouple the answer is more tools required! Lol
Good content but the video is waaayyy to long. maybe 10min should be good.
Appreciate your feedback!
time for a regear
Stay tuned!
me gusta tu programa tienes una mujer muy hermosa

The jeep wrangler is one of the most capable off-road vehicles on the planet and now you’re gonna rip the fenders off when you hit a speed bump🤦🏻♂️
Yup. But they fit! You missed the point :)
@@Garagecouple Actually, he's right and you're missing the point. "You can get them on there" and "they fit" are totally different sports. From a mechanical perspective, you're going about your build backwards.
We can agree to disagree :)
You should Join Wranglertjforum.com and do lots of research.
Responded to your other comment
It only fit Because of the aftermarket metal cloak fenders and fender flares pretty sure that wouldn’t work with factory
The question was, do 38s fit with the stock suspension..not do 38s fit on a stock tj. Youre correct, they don't fit stock flares.
I'm about to slap 37's.
They didn't have 38's
Nice how do you like them
@@Garagecouple I'm actually taking it slow.. right now im installing 4inch lift kit as we speak. Rough Country's cheapest item $545.. once I raise the jeep first then I'm going to install the 37s. I'm sure I will have to make some spacer adjustments etc.. will let u know the outcome!!!
Very nice! Sounds like a fun Friday project!
@@kkim1177 well how did it turn out?
@@JeepTrailsandBarbells welll.....I'm at the regearing phase right now. Just lifted the jeep 4 inches, bumpy as hell. Been diagnosing the problem for a bit. I think I figured it out. Got new ball joints, new front and rear driveshaft, etc. Regearing it right now.. once done with regearing, I have to weld the gusset and truss. Then I can slap the 37's on my TJ with a freaking dana 30 on the front.
I dont know why I do this to myself
And good bye stock differentials lol
Hopefully the dana 44s can hang!
Those are wheels not rims!
Educate us
Actually the rubber thing is a TIRE!
Wrong wheel spacing.
Elaborate
Your gas millions sucked with stock tires now it will suck twice as bad.
Yeah we didn't buy this for our gas millions
What a waste of time
Hmmmm
First and second gear are probably not usable, you have to start in 3rd as a first gear , steering radius is horrendous, Jeep is good for show of only
I'm not sure you realize that what you say does not make sense. If anything first and second become more usable and 6th becomes less. Exactly opposite of what you say.
@@Garagecouple 🤣🤣 i love internet experts dont you? Start in 3rd 🤣🤣 wouldn't do that with undersized tires let alone stock, forget about oversized 🤣🤣🤣
Chinese tire ! Firestone’s are made in North America!
Hmmm
