    I needed this today. This video popped up literally as I am swallowing my iron supplements. I have low ferritin so fatigue is a big thing I'm dealing with.

    Thank you so much Dr Felice ! You’ve assured me I’m doing the right thing x taking iron 3 days a week with Vitamin C but had no idea I could take it on an empty tummy for better absorption! Iron studies yearly tick ✅

    My ferritin was very low. I started taking Beef Liver capsules and in 3 months I got my ferritin up quite a bit, it is no longer flagged low. I do not eat red meat by choice but it seems the Beef Liver Capsules do help.

    I have no more periods and I’m still very much anemic I’m taking iron pills and have now included beef liver grass fed pills chlorophyll and now spirulina I would like to know the root of my iron deficiency.

    Organic Maca powder has high amounts of Iron.

    You take them every second day and you take it with other supplements. And make sure your gut is in good shape.
