      @@AlexReidStudios Ditto. I was like h**l nah, I know this isn't free when you presented It as a freebie at the very end lol (saved you a thumbs down I was going 2give u lol) . & surely enough It was indeed free. I said let me get this Asap before he realizes how good It Is which to good to be giving away for free ahah.
      This is at least $20 to $30 dollar plugin off top from rip, 10 to 15 on the lowest end fax. People still would have paid is my point.
      He could have easily asked, & said give me $39.99 to $49.99 being that Myth cost $89.50 which is on sale from It's standard price of $179.. So this is Hi key, but low key a GREAT freebie offer. Possibly one of the best of the year imo from what I just saw & heard
      It's already downloaded ASAP lol. I said MYTH must really be something powerful for him to be giving this much sonic power & flexibility in sonic dynamics bkz Man, this sounds GREAT alone it's self seriously. As you said, I was VERY Impressed & had "EARGASM" as I listened In fascination bkz I've NEVER even heard nor seen this plugin bro no kap lol
      So I'm glad I strolled by your channel ahahha. Went from thumbs down to thumbs up in a jif lmao!!! That was indeed the HIGHLIGHT of this whole video bkz everything else I've seen, know, heard about as I'm that in tuned as a producer to the market. But THIS was one of those JACKPOT "Gold" standard freebie Vst giveaway.
      I'm mad that evryone else can have it to though bkz that's how good it seems to be. But maybe I'm just over hyping it ahah ijs
      From the audio & visuals GUI wise I'm very excite to play around with this puppy for sure ahah! Good 1 bro, keeping coming. Those RARE FIND Vst makes your content stand out bkz everyone else always have the SAME stuff to present we've all seen a million times.
      And that's exactly I follow your channel & content. You come with those rarity vst's that NO ONE EVERE TALKS about or seems to even know of, or are aware of real talk, & this is a great example of that point bkz I haven't seen this freebie offer anywhere lol

    The Focusrite is underrrated! It's just a bit challenging to discover its use cases and get the required experience.
    But then, it does a fantastic job, super powerful, esp. the wide range of the EQ controls, stil lsounding clean, when cranked up,
    and this is also very useful when we place the EQ in the side chain. Like, sorting out some cymbal and overhead stuff, having frequency-dependent compression and even de-essing additionally.

    rhodes pianos are one of the few types of instruments that actually sound better to me when they are being synthesized with physical modelling algorithms rather than as a multisampler, because then every single velocity value has its own unique sound character and they all transition to each other seamlessly, which makes it super easy to design an expressive composition even if the accuracy of the overall sound quality is limited when you can't just playback actual recordings of real rhodes pianos.

    I had AD2 in my cart, downloaded the demo, played around with it and almost bought it cause i love XO. And then i remembered i bave Mdrummer already, so for once i actually said no to the new plugin and just took the time to learn mdrummer.. which took me forever to get to a point where i can use it competently and i am really loving it for acoustic drums.

    • @AlexReidStudios
      @AlexReidStudios  Місяць тому

      @@PeteGunnShow Haven't tried MDrummer. I've used SSD 5.5 for a while now but got tires of the sounds, too similar. AD is a great upgrade for me

    • @PeteGunnShow
      @PeteGunnShow Місяць тому

      @AlexReidStudios AD2 sounded so good. Like I said, I think i even had the credit card info punched in and decided to learn mdrummer. If you don't already use the melda stuff or have the complete bundle tho, I can't reccomend it. Their stuff has such a steep learning curve. I spend the better part of 2-3 days learning mdrummer. Maybe I'm dumb, but it was really hard to grasp how it all worked. I also think the melda stuff doesn't have the sparkle that the new AD2 update has. But mdrummer gives you access to almost all the melda stuff as snap in plugins, think of phaseplant but its melda, that's how msoundfactory, mpowersynth, mdrummer and their version of snap heap MXXX are. So if you get the bundle it can be a powerful sound design tool.
      My go to drum sounds tho are -
      -Drumcomputer if I wanna get weird
      -XO if I need to find a sound or just want a quick loop
      -triaz if I want something in between
      And now mdrummer if I want acoustic drums
      Also since jumping into bitwig, I use alot of their stock drumming options as well, which i never did in reaper.
