Hi my friend, l have an is 350 and and l would like to make this job on my car but l've heard some people saying the car feels slower after doing the mufler delete. Is that right ? Thank u.
Hey brother, did you happen to lose any low end torque by doing a muffler delete? I have the X-Force catback on mine currently but was toying the idea of replacing the mufflers with a custom muffler deleted straight pipes in the rear. I would hate to lose that torque just for some more sound.
@@Anthony-dk7de yeah, they’re talking about when you do a freaking electric saw hack job and leaving it open under the car without extending the tips out through the original exit in the bumper
Hard to tell from the video how much louder the delete is. Can you drive with a gentle foot without pissing off the neighbors or is it just insanely loud?
There is a little rattle at idle when your standing behind it Head shield i guess? Its great on the highway, the most drone is going up hill on back roads
Sounds great but I think you'll be craving more loud after a while. I tried 4 different exhausts before I was happy, I have sound clips on my channel if you're interested. Anyway, great video and you've got a new subscriber!
Same. I did the muffler delete on my ISF about 2 months ago after having the car for a little over a year. While it’s Definitely a lot louder and turns heads, it’s not loud enough. I guess I got used to it. I can’t imagine what a Custom Exhaust with PPE headers would sound like on this car in person. Especially since a simple muffler delete blew me away.
why would you hard bolt it to the car when you had rubber mounts already there? you had a welder why not fab up a hook to go in the original rubber????
One thing I'd like to ask if you've ever thought of this, this is mainly in question for older cars like the supra and that. Could you give a much better spread of light from your tail/brake turn signals by using acrylic on the inside of the lens. The idea being that the acrylic with light shining into it disperses the light around the edge. On the older cars when you have your tail lights on you can see the bulb lighting up but not so much right to the edges of the housing. Could the acrylic lined lens give better light? It's something I really want to try myself having a 1982 and 85 Ford fiesta the tail/brake lights arent bright despite putting Led's in you just see the bulb lighting up behind the lenses that's it.
@@PoorManMods but I mean like having load of layers of acrylic between the bulb and the lens do the light has to go through the edges of the acrylic which theoretically spreads the light evenly so instead of there being a hot spot where the bulb is, it may light up the whole shape of the tail light
If the heat shields don't rattle, you got lucky. Not that I have any room to talk, but probably should have removed them. Either way, if you get rattles you'll know what it is!

Its such a refined sound, Toyota knows how to make a V8! I can't get over how good this sounds!
Wait till you hear it in person! P.S. the supra has another unbelievable problem with it
Did this cause any codes to be triggered or lights on the dash?
Nope
I love it with the muffler delete

I dig it with them cut off, but i guess it depends on drone
The drone is ok with but im also coming the supra...so everything has less drone to me lol
These are open diff but has a VDIM that kinda helps lay down 2 black lines. Acts like open diff on a track though.
Sounds good man, in respect to what the other guy said about the drone.. where do the RPMs rest going 70-75MPH on the highway top gear?
Right around 2k i think
@@PoorManMods Yeah, there shouldn't be much highway drone at that RPM then I'd think.
What mic do you use for exhaust sounds? How do you think a turn down would sound?
I Love it Freddy I though you were gonna baby this one but this is much better. Great channel
Thank you!

well done /again!! music for my ears!
That is a poor man mod. Sounds Great Man!! Why pay 1K when you can do it for 20$

Usual price is $100-$150 for a muffler delete

Hi where can I get replacement rear exhaust bracket that bolts in to the rear body the holds the hangers?
Will this exhaust affect the engine?? Am thinking about doing this mod to mine?? I really need to know

Did my muffler delete yesterday it drones LOUD at 2k RPM. Hopefully it gets quieter soon
Have you noticed a difference in these past 2 weeks? Was thinking of doing mine tomorrow
SilentAdmin its a little quieter but not by much.
Hey Freddy, that's some nice sounding car you got there =), btw what video editing software should you recomend?
Thanks! Ive been using adobe premier since my college days
I use Adobe premier elements because it’s cheaper and you can still do a lot with it
Hard to tell from the video how much louder the delete is. Can you drive with a gentle foot without pissing off the neighbors or is it just insanely loud?
It's really not that loud at all. I highly recommend this mod
No rattling with this setup? also, I know drone is subjective to everyone. But how's highway cruising? Great vid btw

Head shield i guess? Its great on the highway, the most drone is going up hill on back roads
Any plan to delete the fake tips to run a more traditional setup? No offense if you like them; just curious.
Yes i was thinking about swapping them out for something real

Doing the headers soon ?

It affects nothing

How did you manage to weld all the way around the diameter of the pipe?
Using a mig welder, its tricky but possible
