These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

This had better work as I simply can't let my trousers out any more! I have gone from super slim to uncomfortably chunky around my waist and hips, I don't recognise myself and I'm miserable. I never stick to anything as I don't enjoy exercise but I like how you present the routine, easy to follow and achievable...I'm in!

Don’t give up. Remember there is so much going on in our bodies and psyche, so it’s bound to have an impact on food consumption and metabolism. Go easy on yourself. You might want to get some blood tests done to check hormonal and thyroid levels etc if there is no obvious reason. Certain medication might also be a factor.
2nd day of doing these awesome exercises and I'm hooked!! Going to add at least 3 days of these along with my 30+ min 5 days per week aerobics at 68 yrs

I LOVE your channel! The exercises are not back breaking, almost anyone can do them, they don't cause me to have swollen painful joints the day after. It's a great workout for those of us not 20 anymore or those not looking to do all those jump/twist cardio younger people do. I'm only 42, but this is my first time really exercising daily, and you make it easy and fun. THANK YOU!

Well done Petra. I have been doing your workouts for almost 4 months. The only sad part is as you gain strength and stamina and your workouts get faster, I'm lagging a bit behind. But I am so thankful you've left the older ones up because they are more my speed. If I try a new one, I just have to go my speed. I'll catch you eventually though. :) Thanks for the workouts. Keep them up. Just consider slowing the speed on one new one every once in a while for us slower and older devotes. Thank you. Rock on girl!
Are you aware that you can slow down or speed up the playback speed of youtube videos? If you click the video settings on the bottom right of the screen and choose playback speed, you can slow down video playing speed to what suits you. 0.75 times or 0.5 times. The numbers above the playback speed are for slowing down the video and the numbers displayed below the 'playback speed' are for speeding up the video. Try it. 🙂
That was great Petra. Thank you. I like how you start with the leg movement and then add the arms so we can get the momentum. Coordination isn't one of my strong points but that made a difference x
