Hello, i am so hoping to start, I cannot however seem to start healthy eating, it feels luke my brain is making me binge eat, always in the evenings and up until i go to bed. My high cholesterol is totally dismissed during my nightly binges....Iam 66. !!
This is right up my alley. Totally doable anywhere, not too much strain and not too long. Movement is medicine!

I like your work outs but I do like the ones lying on the floor. I have a bad knee and all the jumping doesn't help it. I do modify my jumps to continue doing them.
I've been watching you and signed up to your 7 day plan. Thank you Petra, you are very inspiring! Ready to start your programme. The menopause and the weight gain has been difficult to adjust to after a life of being slim. I've followed a rule to follow the path of those that are successful (for what you want) and so I know I can follow you and it'll be ok .... yay, looking forward to the results!

This is so great, thank you! I'm going to give it a try. I am 51, I used to do power yoga (hot) for years. Then I added in some cardio kickboxing which I loved, but my low back began to hurt so bad I could barely stand up straight. Then I pulled something in the iliopsoas area that has never been the same. I need core work badly but the traditional core work (boat, low boat, situps, crunches, etc.) just destroy my low back.

I love your workout, but sometimes I get carried away while doing the exercise that I don’t realize you are unto the next one. Maybe a sound to indicate next exercise is coming would help. Thank you.
I am 77 yrs and want to lose that hanging belly, would this be the right exercise at a slower pace.
