That Sagittarius record is hands down the greatest pop-psyche record of all time. An original is rare, but a promo is unheard of. Congrats!
I love how much "not that much" is for you. Never stop never stopping!
Just received my Stonewall and Dragonfly exclusives. Really appreciate them. They both sound fantastic.
Love the Papa Jazz shirt. My LRS
fun video - LOVE that Regreso El Origen record - impossible to find!
Brilliant as usual, thanks! I have a Freeborne RI and a non swirl Buffalo.
Friend of mine big jazz man was/is selling off a collection of a friend of his who sadly passed for his widow. He said did I care to come pick but most if it was out of my budget (original Blue Notes etc all nr mint) and he said 'oh theres a small box of jazz rock, not my thing but ususl suspects Mahavishnu/RTF '. I check it out for upgrades and got the 'trembling hands' here is not one but 2 albums have been looking for for 30 yrs'. Stadacone by Sloche and Lahto Matkelle by Finnforest and an upgrade of Spectrum by Volker Kriegel. 'Have got 3 here, how much?' as he is busy photographing/listing for ebay. 'Give us £20'. I peel off 3 and he says 'no £20 for all 3'. Heaven!
Shhhhh! Don't tell anybody but he's licensing his favourite Mumford & sons LP.
SHHHHHHH 🤫🤫🤫 it’s a secret
I have one of Chris Thompson's albums from the 1980s still cool stuff.
I ended up getting Los Nuggetz a couple days late and it's a lot of fun. I love the version of "The Letter" called "La Carta."
Spent my growing up in Gastonia! Haven't heard that name in a minute.
Got my Dragonfly yesterday 👍👍 Good Stuff 😃
Finally, a record that I own. Leaving this planet by Charles Earland. Purchased new when it was released. Really early synth work from Patrick Gleeson, Features Brothers Freddie and Dave Hubbard, Eddie and Joe Henderson. Its almost space jazz.
I've got addicted to Jimmy Martin "freeborn man" LP lately, listening to it on UA-cam. I have zero chance of finding that in England lol. I bet Americans are tripping over his stuff wherever they go.
Just picked up Justen O’Brien original pressing! Great album!!
Very nice! Hard to come across! Congrats!
Did your Buffalo album Volcanic Rock have a poster in it. If it did it would have cost a fair few dollars.
Dude. Superb video as always. Check out Church of misery if you havent already
Tricky Zingers needs a reissue.
Grupo Ciruela - Regreso Al Origen is a hot LP!
I have been looking for a Bob Dylan's Great White Wonder bootleg. Do you have any information about it? Thanks
“Got abducted by aliens” = took a little too much orange sunshine acid.
I bought Freeborne album in the Stockholm only cut-out shop called "California" for one dollar back in the days, want that really cool?
That beard is getting wild!
🤣🤣🤣
Without watching the video
Yet, I’m going to put the over/under on how many times the word “killer” is said at 75. I’ll take the over 🤣😂
Thanks for watching this killer video
Buffalo are a great Aussie stoner band. Considered the Aussie Black Sabbath. The guitarist, John Baxter lives not far from me. Hes a cool guy, lots of cool stories.
Good to see the (Aussie) Buffalo albums Nos. 2, 3 and 4. Now you need to get their first and (IMHO) best , "Dead Forever" on Vertigo Swirl 1972. Admittedly "Volcanic Rock" (#2) gets most peoples' votes. They were one of those bands whose records were progressively inferior with each release. Mothers Choice (#s 4 and 5) are almost unlistenable to seasoned hard rock ears, particularly after the excellence of the first two.
N.B. There was also a NWOBHM band from Lancashire called Buffalo in the early 80s who released 2 very collectible singles and a South African Buffalo in the late 70's who discofied hard rock classics - badly. Don't get them confused.
I do have Dead Forever, it is also a killer! I just have had it for a while and those 3 we had been spinning in the shop because I just got them. I’ve had many copies of volcanic rock but this one is the cleanest. Great band!
Have you strange people heard Peth - Merchant of death yet?
Because if you like Sabbath you should really check it out immediately
Oh.. and can you send me all the Charles Earland records for $12 to $15 each cheers 👍
