Sir no doubt decline presses are good workout ,but i feel everyone needs to set a goal and improve their double bar dips instead of doing decline presses ,i do push ups for warm ups ,1) Flat bench press , 2) Incline bench press ,3) Weighted Dips ... These 3 hits pecks so hard flyes and all feels less effective in building mass - just my experience sir

U are using more quads and not glutes in squat.. practice box squat and soon ur form will change and knee will feel better
