    Master what u said is 100% truth, for best chest what you said is compulsory master, but here many doesn't do decline itself master just doing incline flate only

      we will get to practiacal modification based on bodytypes soon.. some people dont need decline, some people dont need incline based on how their chest is placed

      Stretching , increase protein ... takes a day ot two after workout ... and starts settling after few weeks of training when nutrition and recovery improves

      U are using more quads and not glutes in squat.. practice box squat and soon ur form will change and knee will feel better

    Sir no doubt decline presses are good workout ,but i feel everyone needs to set a goal and improve their double bar dips instead of doing decline presses ,i do push ups for warm ups ,1) Flat bench press , 2) Incline bench press ,3) Weighted Dips ... These 3 hits pecks so hard flyes and all feels less effective in building mass - just my experience sir

    Coach i had injured my shoulder last year june so when i go back to the gym coming june , can i use smith machine although my shoulder is fine now ? For chest which one is better to use , smith machine bench press or bench press ?
