Why is this reporter putting out false reports on Fields? Kahn and Tomlin has totally different views than this reporter, who’s not a HC or GM. So who are we to believe, football guys like a HC and GM or some bs inside reporter who was a Kenny Pickett guy? First Deke pushed this story and now AST, when you guys do this you lose credibility, smh
Reporters say false sh!t about Russ and everybody runs with it. However, the reporter’s comments on Fields align with well-documented critiques. He’s sometimes the good part of Lamar Jackson and other times he’s the bad part of Trey Lance.
Tomlin and Kahn also determined that pickett was a 1st rnd pick, and the best option at QB on the team.....so their evaluation ability is FAR from being a standard that is without criticism. At this point I believe the reporters over the coaching staff who always says everything is great (as we go on almost a decade without a playoff win).

I thought Justin hasn't run with the 1's very much? I personally don't think its a coincidence when Justin has a good WR he thrived. When he trusts his WRs like the ones at OSU / DJ Moore he is a beast. People just forget him and DJ Moore were one of the best QB/WR duos last year.

Currently there is no real issue with either QB. When pads go on and guys start getting hit, then we can evaluate further. Honestly, none of us know what these guys will truly be
I fear that Russ will look good only up until Week 1 when defenses are really able to come after him.

I Fields is smart, he’ll stay in Pittsburgh, become the highest-paid QB2 in the league, and learn from Russ over the next 3-4 seasons. He will still get the bag (5 years, $75-80M per year).
Show me a guy with “potential” and I’ll show you a guy who isn’t getting the job done. But that doesn’t mean he will never get it done. He just isn’t equipped to take Russ’s spot.

All off season you and Stephen were constantly that Justin Fields is the guy. You both said he was a “no brainer”. And here you are, discussing the issues Justin Fields is now having. He didn’t just started to have these issues, he’s always had these issues. Not good. Do better
And this hold true for a lot of steelers podcasters only until Russ came to Pittsburgh. But they were not as hyped about Russ before he was here lol

@@barbaradee9304ummm the issues have everything to do with throwing the football where it needs to be thrown and reading the defense to figure out where said pass is supposed to go??? If u can’t see these issues you haven’t watched the kid play. Top notch athlete that’s it
@@xxjimmylongxX7120 I have watched this kid play since he was at Harrison High School in Georgia, the Ohio State University and the Chicago Bears. Justin can make any "accurate-throw" on the field, down the field into the end-zone. He can fit balls in "tight-windows" too.
It's just beautiful how he can also "throw- off" 300 lbs. Defensive Linemen and break tackles. Check out some of his 2022-2023 Games with the Chicago Bears!

@@Kip-rv7vh he was throwing to his first read which was wide open 90% of the time. Find a video of him looking at more that one WR on any play at any point in his career and get back to me lol.
