Mid 90’s, white dudes were trying slick ish every where, especially being I was the ONLY black person, man or woman. Even the cleaning crew was white. They used me for their quota, which I knew, and I used them for their prestige, then bounced to another firm after four years. They looked good on my resume, especially since it was my first job in that career. We as black men have to play the long game. Shannon did that. He has things in the works, and Skip didn’t know it. When everything was right, Shannon made his move. Didn’t give Skip time to prepare. That’s how you do it. It’s exactly what I did. I watched Undisputed w/ Skip and Shannon for some time but when Skip began trashing Shay's very impressive and well-deserving of HoF induction career, the writing was on the wall. No one be they professional athlete or common laborer should be attacked in such a personal manner. I'm more impressed with how Shannon handled the situation given the severity of the insult.

Athleticism Q: Hypothetically, Do you think Serena and Venus Williams in their physical/athletic primes could have success playing high school football? Do they have the athleticism for it? Why or why not
Athleticism doesn't always translate from one sport to another. As for HS football success, the only position I could see either of them play would be WR. Don't know what their 40 yd speed is, or how well they could catch passes with a corner all over them. Both too small for OL or DL work, and too small to play TE and block against 240 lb DLs coming after th QB. They would have to weigh at least 185 with zero body fat to be successful, even with what athleticism they have. As for tennis, remember that their father was grooming them to become tennis players when they were only 4.
Everything Skip does is for effect. When you are talking about people and their careers to their face and they are your co-host, you have to use a safe word. When the other person uses the safe word, it means, "You need to stop because you're crossing the line." Then when they use it, you apologize and move on. Skip never apologized because he doesn't think he did anything wrong. He was.

I'm a fan of both guys but if you actually watch that segment from the very start you'll see that Shannon is just going insane the whole time and screaming at Skip. I was surprised it took so long for skip to finally take a shot back at him but when he finally did he TOOK IT ONE STEP TOO FAR. People won't realize this because they hear the narratives and they see how the result ended but if you look at that entire segment from start to finish it was Shannon that was the aggressor.
