To add to a previous comment regarding content... although I realize your channel has been built on high end luxury homes, I feel that Marogang members would be just as eager to see you guys presenting more diverse listings; even if on a separate channel, as previously stated. Personally, I stumbled upon your channel in my search for property in the one million price range. I don't believe the majority of your viewers are looking to purchase any of these homes and would be just as pleased to see y'all showing us more of the diversity that Spain has to offer, on an actual attainable level. This is my opinion, as honestly guys...y'all could sell sand in the desert. 😂 Love y'all! ✌️🫶
Hi 👋 thanks for your comment. To be honest, we've shot cheaper homes, and the views were not good at all. We shot a home for 2 Mio but that property was insane. Nowadays homes which are cheaper (1-3mio) don't offer much to show :( so we don't tour them

Great house but how do you park your car coming through that gate, you would have to reverse park it or drive down that narrow path to circle back to the garage. No cinema room or elevator for less able or older owners. I think the principal bedroom downstairs outshines the one upstairs ( that looks narrower and smaller). Last little thing is the amount of mirrors ( especially in the dressing room, on all the doors, way too much). At that asking price I think it will be hard sell but for the right price it will find its right owner.
