The best version of Conquistador that Gary Brooker and Procol Harum ever performed, with all due respect to the live orchestra accompanyment with Procol Harum. Gary's singing and piano performance on it are superb, and the organist and guitar player provide great performances as well. Gary Brooker is and will be missed always, a fine man and dedicated musician.
Probably the most underrated band ever!
I agree with you 100%. So much talent everywhere in the band.
@@usmc-veteran73-77They influenced so many progressive groups & the lyrics were other worldly!
@@tommyrawlings3046 They sure did, Tommy.
Still one of the best songs ever made imho. One of my favourites of which i can never get enough ❤❤❤❤❤
Rest in Peace, Gary Brooker

Brookers Piano playing is outrageous here! Never heard him better!

Thank you for the rescue. One of the greatest songs of all time.
RIP Gary Brooker!
Please, someone, send me back to January 1976. I'd even repeat my time in the United States Marine Corps. This was REAL Music.

インターネットのない時代、この頃のゲイリー・ブルッカーの写真だけ、動くBJ なんて、遠く離れた日本では見ることはなかった。レコードを聴くしかない。良い時代になったけど、遅すぎた❗
