    You actually inspired me to go out running that day, I was trying to convince myself to go in the rain then I remembered so many people would be suffering through a half in Vic Park in it so I had no excuse 😂

    Use the half marathon as a building block. Its part of the journey and not about the time 👌 Great training.

      Brands typically approach me with opportunities, there have been a few times I've approached brands with an idea!

    Hey Liz! Ive not done the Victoria park half but I've done the Battersea one and i think the lapped courses are quite disconcerting when you're trying to execute a specific time - having people running different paces makes it so difficult to run consistently. They're great events though. Sorry about the chafing, hope its healing quickly!! It was SO wet that day.

      100% I agree! I’ve found races that go through the city for example (aka not looped) work so much better for me! absolutely noted for next time ✍🏼
