    Currently in my 5k and 10k era, trying to work on that speeeeeddddd. Find your videos both informative and interesting. Your journey is inspiring! I am curious about your reason behind the carb load versus not. Is this something you folllow for shorter races only or for all races?

      Love it! Thank you! I personally would rather just incorporate more carbs into my everyday during training rather than all at once right before raceday! This is different for everyone, but just my preference!

      Hi! I do my warm-up and cool-down separately to the session, I'm not doing anything specifically for time other than the tempo I executed.
