It’s actually insane how the new curls you were describing in this video is actually exactly how I normally do my curls because they’ve always gotten me the greatest pump and feels most comfortable. Nice to see I’ve been doing something very well on my own (:

This is the second video I watch form this channel and I love it so much , this guy right here is gold . I can’t to get home from work to watch it all to learn everything from this guy , I love that he explain all biomechanics of everything and how you should do it properly, is amazing ❤❤❤❤❤

I love all the cues, I've been using Dr. Mike's cues for a while now and I now am able to target all muscle groups with intensity. I really appreciate it when they do this in public gyms, you can see all the people that don't use these cues while lifting.

Very interesting discussion about muscle fibers and rep fall-off! Is there something you would change in the training to adapt it to a muscle that recovers really fast?
no joke, this kid has amazing focus and dedication to getting every rep correct right up to point of failure. Excellent role model for young physical culture enthusiasts and bodybuilders in particular. The dude already looks great, give him a few more years, he's going to have a fucking bonkers physique.

I lost 70 lbs last year through getting sober and fasting and got back down to my weight in my early 20's when I did a ton of weight training. Unfortunately I'm skinnyfat now, but your content is inspiring me to continue towards my fitness goals and giving me gems, man. Thanks!

Compared to the first exercise I prefer skull crushers also with an Eze bar where I stretch out behind my head at the bottom cuz my back is supported so don't have to worry about balance and can go heavier. But the standing version with the Eze bar involves some more core activation which can be useful if you want to emphasize that. Dips always a killer deep and slow. Hell yeah 👍👊💪

Formula for the "large enough arm" is n+1, where n = the current size of your arm.
Cool to hear about muscles that recover slow being usually gifted, both my arms, but even more my calves take several minutes between sets to be ready again, which I guess is a good thing. Also my biceps get really sore pretty easy, even more than my hamstrings
I'm the opposite, my biceps almost never get sore. I can remember maybe 3 or 4 times when I felt soreness in them in all my training
@@sunttu333 to be fair, it used to be like that too till I really got the technique down how it works for me, ever since... Even though I lift bitch weight most of the time it doesn't take much to get the job done

Man see, even before seeing mikes explanation of the first tricep exercise i do these all the time on push day, i only use the 40lb ez curl bar and get a real nice stretch slow eccentric and go deep asfk, keeping my elbows tucked in and my arms have blown tf up. Then always finish it off with a drop set till failure. I however recommend warming up your joints first with some cable push downs.
