Wouldn’t it be fantastic if Dr. Newson was able to open clinics in other countries and trained the practitioner so all women who want it had access to her knowledge.

The problem with following and listening to you is that I don't trust anyone else now! I don't know where to start, who to listen too. I feel like no one understands it like you do! So now I'm in a hunt to find someone who can help me with my very extreme peri, in Toronto. I don't feel like I'm finding anyone! 😭

Thankyou for all the amazing work you do. Everything you publish has really helped me self educate so I can have informed conversations with my GP that demonstrates the personal ownership I am taking for my own body and mind. Doing this is now leading to much better outcomes with my GP. That said changing GP practices made a huge difference too. First one wasn't interested and fell very short of good help. So much pressure could be alleviated on the NHS by elevating great HRT assessment and prescription.

Our skin is our largest organ. It’s interesting that these patches have glue which could have chemicals in it? Also, people don’t always think that conventional moisturizing lotions could have chemicals in them as well. I’ve been using castor oil, almond oil or coconut oil on my body for years. I always say I’d never put a lotion on my skin that I wouldn’t eat. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I heard your symptoms talked about in this video. Never mind the title - it’s totally misleading. The doctor is very knowledgeable about histamine intolerance and menopause, how symptoms can overlap and also get triggered by HRT. But it sounded like it can be prevented with the correct individualization of treatment!

Noonevtold me I would have the mireena CRASH 😮

I've been to the Dr 3 Times since after the surgery, gave me 2 different kinds of antibiotics and tabkets control bleeding and pain!
Dr told me to try progesterone utragestran orally agsin to control bleeding , unfortunately it gives me bad pms!

What's your gut health like? Your microbiome is been destroyed by low levels of Estradiol and now anti biotics. I'd see a clinical nutritionist who knows what she is talking about. You need to start eating fermented foods. Cabbage... Organic Superior Yogurt. Kefir... You also need good pro biotics regularly. The mirena coil is awful I would never recommend it. You can take Progesterone vaginally. Lower dose. Or even transdermal Progesterone if desperate. You should look at your B9= Folic acid.. get the tests done and thyroid. B9= produces Progesterone.

Localised 10mg Estradiol pessasiers for vagina at night/estradiol cream. You won't have UTIs. Your gut is not good. Its causing all this. You could have leaky gut. Low Estradiol kills the lactobacillus good bacteria.
