I'm a big fan of this type of scooter. I had a new Burgman 250 in 1999 (got a good deal on it as the 400 just came out) and I used it for commuting into London with a round trip of 100 miles daily. The scooter was brilliant and only once broke down and that was due to poor dealer servicing. I traded it after 3 years and 30000 miles for a Tmax. If I changed jobs now with a longer commute I would have no hesitation going for this style of scooter again.
Hi mate, keep them coming please. I have a 19 plate, I only use it on dry weekends and love to tour near my home in the Peak District. The first time I've tried Kymco and it's absolutely brilliant. Still trying to sort how to clean matte paint, but that's a minor. 👍
Selling My Vstrom 1000 getting a Forza 350. Had a test ride on it loved it so much I'm swapping my bike for it. Will be touring on the scooter over in France and Belgium. I wish the Forza had the Kymko seat though, but you cant have everything. Thanks for the info Mucka I really thought about the Kymco but the Forza 350 won out because I'll be touring on it.Also going all around Scotland with the Forza as well. Started off with scooters then had tons of bikes now come full circle going back to scooters lol! Less tax, 80+ to the gallon, plenty of poke up to 90, tons of storage, ABS T/C whats not to like lol!!
My mate has just stopped his Harley for the Kymco Xciting 400, can’t keep off it. I have ridden the X-citing and I feel as it is a better bike being the 400 over the X-town. However it is about £2k more and slightly firmer to ride. Enjoy your Forza and the many trips on it.
Thx muka I’ve been after one of these since I sat on one at the bike show before the pandemic. It was THE MOST COMFORTABLE seat of any bike I’ve been on. My other bike is a VStrom 1000. What’s the service intervals and the cost of the services please muka. Really enjoyed your other videos. I myself have been all around the UK myself and most places in Europe. Keep making them videos. All the very best 👍
@@bostinbrummie service interval on the x-town. 1st service, 600 miles then every 3000 miles. No oil filter but a strainer type thing. The 400 xciting has an oil filter so maybe longer intervals, I don't know for sure. Speak to the guys at Redline, check out both. My mate has the new xciting from there and is well chuffed with it.

That is NOT a "phone" .....its a TABLET! why would you use something so large? (I know , thats what she said)
Does this scooter develop a significant vibration at 65 mph?
I found it did as it was starting to get closer to the rev limit. 👍
Well done. Deserves a like. Enjoyed. Take care. Drop by when you can to check what I do. :) Cheers.
