What can I do if I already got the fillers for eyebags, my cheeks look bumpy, should I get them to dissolve the fillers? to avoid future problems like filler migration. I had the fillers 4 days ago, for the first time and I think last time also...
I think most do leave the face after enough time has passed with individual injections, but with repeated injections over years there is a build up and it may take many more years for it to "go away."
@@leora2455 In the way they speak about it in the studies, no, it is not necessarily a good thing because the filler generally migrates into undesirable places since there's no matrix to hold it in place (it spreads out and follows the path of least resistance). I've had nose fillers for the first time because my nose has bumps on the lateral side and plus it dropped a but so with fillers I got a Tinkerbell nose lift. I'm too scared to get surgery knowing how bizarre things can often get. But it's hard to accept my natural nose sadly.
I had my tear troughs filled a year ago this may. It's still there. I was told because I'm so active as i am an athlete it would all dissolve within 4 to 6 months for me. That was certainly not what happened. My question is, what to do next? It looks like it's there, but 1 eye looks better than the other? It does look flatter on my right then left. Just a little, it's very subtle. How do i know when its time to get a top-up? Wait another year? Just give up on it? I will ask my doctor, but I'm worried he might not give me an honest answer. He's very convincing an feel hes always honest with me, but he has a bit of pause because he told me it would all dissolve so quickly for me! Unless he was sarcastic, but then he didn't give me another answer. I guess he just doesn't know? He is a plastic surgeon as well.
Really been liking your videos! I know this isn't really your speciality but I thought I'd ask. Could you do a video on if there are any long term bad effects from using lip plumper, both the gloss kind and the suction kind (candylipz)? I'm wondering if these might stretch out skin over time and cause sagging down the line, or if using irritants in the glosses would cause long term effects.
Would you recommend jaw filler for an unbalanced jaw? Or does this risk a more full or ‘fat’ facial appearance once it migrates away. Or would you say a chin/jaw implant is better solution.
Hi, do you think that fillers can cause beside filling wrinkles - but a bit sagging of the tissues overtime due the the weight of the filler? That’s what I read concerning fat transfer when the injected fat cells dropped somewhat after 8-10 years in case of some people. Or haven’t you seen anything similar? 🤷🏻♀️
Not true and it is important to do research and find the best doctors. It depends on how and where the filler is injected. Often it is not that the skin has sagged but rather bone loss and fats loss to the face making it seem like it is skin sagging. So filler just replaces the bone (if injected at bone level) or the fats. A skilled doctor/nurse will know where to place the filler and which filler is best to use. I would say to educate ourselves as patients and find the best doctor/nurse you can. There are many many good ethical doctors even here on YT who makes such educational and honest videos. A good cosmetic doctor will assess your entire face and treat specific problematic areas with the entire face in mind. But I do believe there will come a point in time where ageing will really cause skin quality issues which no longer can be helped by filling and injectables. At that point, maybe about 60yo, a face lift is inevitable if one really wants to keep looking young.
What about ellanse diluted for biostimulator purpose? Does it also stay permanently and cause damage? Or does Hor disappear after a while? I have done 2 treatments so far
And that's what happens once you reach 50. Women don't seem to understand that if you get a face filled with a fat transfer or filler, it stretches the skin and then sags all over again, but worse. I've seen people get fat transfers with facelifts and after a year, the filler is gone and their face is saggier than before they had the surgery done!

@@noneofyourbeeswax2287 That doesn't make sense. If you inject a sagging area that used to be fuller, which is the case with older people, the skin plumps up to what it used to be. It doesn't stretch the skin at all, but pumps it up to where it used to be. So it won't sag more when filler goes away. It may seem so, in comparison to what it looked like plumped up, and of course, the face has aged a year so may sag a bit more because of that. Natural aging continues, even with filler. Unless the filler has stimulated the collagen, which would keep it from sagging more. If a person is young, though, and not sagging, but just wants fuller cheekbones or lips, THAT filler will stretch the skin out beyond what it's ever been, resulting in sagging skin when the filler goes away.

I’m 16 almost 17 and rlly want lip filler. Would getting it this young hurt me / age me earlier? I want it in my top lip only but I don’t want wrinkles
Please don’t do it. Wait for a few years and if it‘ll still bother you a lot you can think about an alternative. Filler in lips can cause permanent scarring and often doesn’t even look good. Plus the filler will migrate out of the lip lines and you’ll look overfilled over time. Please never start doing that stuff this young. You’ll (almost) always regret it later on.
The fillers are blowing out the natural lip line, losing your lip line happens naturally with age. All these young women walking around with lips that look 35-40 years old and they don’t seem to know they are aging themselves. Keep your natural lip line and you keep your youthful look. It’s also creating an uncanny valley affect for your family members. Because it’s just off. Something isn’t right about a relatives face or their facial expressions and it’s really weird. Please stop doing this.
Thank you so much for these! Because I went to an injector recently for a consultation and he said filler dissolves completely… WELP!!!

Hi,Dr I like your video it's more knowledgeable I have one question if you can answer me is fat transfer is good option for patients those in there genes have weak tissues plz reply I will be really appreciated
I will never use things like that
Seen a lot of women doing this it ruins a damn pretty face.... Seen one woman I used too work with beautiful and talking about these lip injections... These injections aren't good and stretch your face.... These girls are naturally beautiful...
You don't need lip fillers for sure. They are not worth it unless you're over 30.
Thanks for not giving the answer that makes more money.
