    Thank you for asking the price! Too often that topic is never addressed and most of us have a budget. For my 68th birthday my husband just gave me lip injections (always had very thin lips and now smoker wrinkles even though I’ve never smoked). I was all hot to trot until I realized nobody would see my new fabulous-ness behind my mask! I’m waiting now until life gets more normal.

I'm in information technology so nobody cares so much what I look like at my desk :-) but it if they did, I would also use every means possible to feel good and look good and maintain my earning ability.

      Lauren S When you are in a fertility treatment you use the same syringe to do IUI or IVF and you save it in your refrigerator, the only thing you change is the head of the needle. Probably this is how they do it.

      @@christopherone1 actually ithought that kinda strange too, how would he know how much to start with, but if the syringe is full then what do they do with what's left, agree that if "touched" it will not be the same, that's my thinking anyway. Def a personal decision!

    • @cm_mb
      @cm_mb 4 роки тому +5

      First of all, we don't know that he withdrew the entire vial, he may have only used part of the vial, since we didn't actually see him withdraw, plus he knows how much to use on each side. Secondly, the needles are sterile, so no contamination when drawing out of the vial. Also, the needle is discarded after use, therefore, no contamination, and a new, sterile needle will be used next time.he draws from the vial. Thirdly, insulin expires in a short time, so not a good comparison to something that lasts longer, like Restyline especially if refrigerated. Not all drugs have the same shelf life.
      The doctor used proper sterile technique, as he was taught in training, many years ago.

      just fyi, he was not completely honest. we now know that fillers actually stick around for a very long time, possibly forever. rather than dissolving, they move down with gravity or where movement pushes them, and eventually turn into puffiness. there are a number of videos on youtube about it. i got undereye restylane a decade ago and regretfully still can see it, but not where i want to. hope it works better for dominique and others but beware.

      The puffiness comes from an accumulation of fat or fluid collection, the flip side as in this case is hollowness.. Unfortunately as we age the muscles in our face begin to slacken and we get aging around the mouth and jaw etc... There are massages you can do to help with drainage around the eyes

    • @joangentile2731
      @joangentile2731 4 роки тому +1

      It's also from allergies. That's what I have. I have fluid build up around my eyes from my allergies. I also sleep on my stomach, which can add to the puffiness around my eyes. I try to sleep on my side, which helps to decrease the puffiness under my eyes.

    The cosmetic surgeons or derms I have spoken to said under eye fillers are not a good idea because the risks are far too great. Anything around my eyes scares me.

      Hyaluronic acid exists in the cells that are part of your skins' complex matrix of connective tissues. In products like Juvaderm and Restalyn, the hyaluronic acid is completely biodegradable and proven to work with human cells. From what I've read, because it's considered an all natural ingredient, there is little to no risk of allergic reaction, and because the hyaluronic acid is synthesized from bacteria rather than taken from an animal source, it can be used by vegans.

      It’s not really about the fillers. It’s all the blood vessels and nerve endings below the eye. I listened to this doc describe how he mitigates those risks, but it still sounds scary to me.

Different answers from everyone. If you could possibly make a video on that I'd be so grateful. God bless.

    Thanks so much for doing this post! It was very informative. BTW, just a note to anyone out there having the difficulty with mask slipping down past your nose. You don't need to cover so much under your chin, move the entire mask up, even if the edge is just below your lips or on the edge of your jaw. If you need to you can twist the ear bands to make the mask smaller. You can even tie it into a knot very close to the mask edge, tuck the bulging area to the inside.
