Incredible residence. The location speaks for itself. The floor plan is unreal. The addition of those nooks with day beds and TV are a masters touch. The color scheme along with tik wood and perfectly matched Thai art pieces are more than special and also very well done. The outdoor living space was also sheer perfection, but I couldn't tell how much of an ocean view it offers. Thanks for your informative presentation.
Beautiful villa, very tastefully decorated, and very relaxing! Good catch on the 2 bedrooms; if true, that is a limitation. This is a beautiful home with just a few impractical features. The walk up to the main entrance is gorgeous, as long as it's not raining. Mounting the TVs inside the daybed nooks makes it difficult to see from the communal area of the living room or the beds. What do you do if you want to invite family and friends over to watch a game/movie? Also, the guest bath is through a hidden door far from the living room, the dining room table is too small, with impractical seating, and it's situated well away from the kitchen. Otherwise, the design for the rest of the home is spectacular.
Victoria would come with any of these of properties IF you are willing to deposit three million baht into her bank account, buy her a two carat diamond ring and a BMW X3. She would gladly then agree to be your dream girl come alive. Of course Victoria would have demonstrate her bedroom skills before you take the plunge.
