It's absolutely gorgeous. I see so many multi million dollar properties on sale in the US that look like the interior of office buildings or banks. By contrast, this home tries to look like something, rather than have some ultra bland neutral decoration scheme and color pallette. Good. It may not be for everyone, but someone will have a distinctive home that they absolutely love.

It depends, the ownership structures in place in Thailand are very steady especially in these luxury developments with reputable developers. You can buy through a limited company which is very simple to set up or lease the land for 90 years similar to structures in other countries (although we recommend doing this only from a reputable developer). The business sense comes from the capital gain you can achieve due to the booming market currently on the island and transferring ownership is very simple too. Some of the Comments and your response took care of several of my questions. However, I'd be interested in knowing the relationship between the property and the Resort. Gardeners, maids and butlers are additional to the purchase. Is there a Fee for those additional services? Then, is there an inventory of items that come with the property? If I owned a home like this, I would like to add my own Statues, ornaments, etc. I'm very negative to Leasehold properties, even if the lease would outlive me... Hmmm... It would be nice if you'd incorporate the ownership conditions in your dialogue..., perhaps at the beginning, when you describe the property size, etc. Great presentation otherwise 🙂

When I am in a position to move, I'll contact you to see what properties are available. Then, we'll go and visit several. I'm sure there will be something. Btw, I have very exacting taste. another problem i saw in the buildings, looks like they like steps, even on master bed rooms or building the create lots of steps, imagine, the problems, those steps causes for the older people.

on all the houses we saw together, their closets are very small , also all set for young people, except one house, i did not see elevator.
