The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the billiards room with the custom bar conveniently set up across from the home theater room shows the architects gave a lot of thought to the functionality of the rooms in the house itself. It is so often the case with some of these more expensive homes that they seem to place more importance on its staging and furniture layout than the actual functionality of the home and this home was done brilliantly.. This is also self-evident when they bought the double lot which gives the home it's charm which is the proper amount of land to frame and bring a home feel to this large masterpiece... It's too often that these large mega million Dollar Mansions are built on zero lot lines, it's a contradiction and often diminishes significantly from the house itself. How can one live in luxury when a neighbor is a stone's throw away, it's an oxymoron in a sense to categorize something as luxury but yet have no privacy and land to lounge around in privacy... I will wager dollars to donuts that you sell this property before TET
OMG that place is amazing. It looks like an adventure, it just goes on and on. With your tour every room is jaw dropping, everything is so spacious. I think its one of the best places you have ever shown on you channel. I dont know what else a person could ever ask for, its perfect.

In my youth, I knew a quiet man from South Philly who was known as “the extractor”, but that is a different story….why we call it a hood vent! 😏. You find it is impossible to get your money out of Thailand. Better buy in a more stable country, not a developing country.
Why is that 99% of those villas that you’re showcasing, priced at millions or tens of millions, have interiors from the ‘90s or early 2000? For example, why would anyone pay 18 million dollars for this (highly overpriced) villa that has that cheap quality furniture and an outdated interior design?
Do you know when this house was built? The style is not outdated to the people of Thailand, that is what they like. It may not mean much to you but it is everything to them.
From the outside it looks impressive but I was definitely disappointed with the interior, far too expensive from what I’ve seen you have shown us better properties for half the price but this is how they price things when you are smack on the beach.
