The app options seem to separate vocals, drums, bass, and then everything else is still gathered into one final track called "instruments". Too bad. I wanted to isolate guitar tracks.

I don't know how this app compares with MOISES, but I purchased a year subscription for MOISES on a highly discounted Black Friday sale, and have found it to be completely useless for live purposes. I guess for pure "practice tracks" it's fine, but for live performance, I think it's absolutely untenable. The flanging/chorus artifacts are just intolerable. Plus it often bites huge chunks out of the instruments and voices you want left alone. This isn't the fault of the app creator, I just don't think the technology for the algorithms is there yet. Maybe it never will be. There is just too much sonic overlap between instruments and voices for this to work very well. I have yet to be able to use this for anything at all in the 8 months since purchasing the subscription.
Is there a way to get certain parts together after saving it? When I save a song it gives me each instrument isolated and I’m trying to make the song have no bass, is there a way to do it?
Get the 4 stems, and then mute the bass one. If you need to put the files into GarageBand or logic or something from there, just import the 3 files and not the bass and export a new file.
Hi, once the instrument channels are isolated, can you record them separately, almost like an old quad recording, thanks .... maybe this would need some other software.
You can change the volume and stuff, but if you want to MIX is differently I would recommend exporting the stems into a DAW like logic or ableton and mixing them there 👍

Hi.. can make from stereo song, i mean if i download any song, then transfer to this app, it will split guitar, vocal, bass, etc and this software can use for PC.
Any song you download to your ipad/iphone you should be able to isolate the parts using this app. You would then have to export the stems in WAV or MP3 or something like that to use it with your PC. This app is currently not available for PC

Hi, I just bought that great app but I have some problems using it. If anyone reads and can help please answer... The case is: I need to create gaps in a songs' lyrics. I separate the song in two channels, vocal and instruments, then I export each channel and save as a new file. That works great. Now, 1st problem, I can't exit /delete the song - every time I reopen I have the same song waiting there. 2nd problem, I need to import the lyrics part and split it and delete the parts I want to delete but I can't see how, cause reopening the app it reloads the whole song. So, do I need a second app to create the lyrics' gaps? 3rd problem, if I make the gaps with another app, can I recompose the song using transcribe+? Importing the vocal edited file and the instrumental one and put them together again? Please, if anyone knows, please help!!!
Sounds like you need to put the split tracks into GarageBand or logic or Ableton or something and work at it that way. If you are trying to do this just on iOS, try GarageBand
I’m not sure, but there are multiple apps that do this. Most of them do these types of separation. It’s hard to separate stuff like keys and guitar if they are in a similar frequency range.
As of right now I do not see an Android app that does this. If anyone knows of one, let me know. I see ones for windows that you can either do a monthly subscription but I haven’t really used. The one that I have used that works for Mac or Windows is Izotope RX Standard.

It’s possible. It’s also tough to extract a completely clean signal from a fully mixed track. It’s pretty impressive still!

That’s a great question, I would be curious if that would work! It might be more tricky to isolate the dialogue instead of singing

Hi, I just bought that great app but I have some problems using it. If anyone reads and can help please answer... The case is: I need to create gaps in a songs' lyrics. I separate the song in two channels, vocal and instruments, then I export each channel and save as a new file. That works great. Now, 1st problem, I can't exit /delete the song - every time I reopen I have the same song waiting there. 2nd problem, I need to import the lyrics part and split it and delete the parts I want to delete but I can't see how, cause reopening the app it reloads the whole song. So, do I need a second app to create the lyrics' gaps? 3rd problem, if I make the gaps with another app, can I recompose the song using transcribe+? Importing the vocal edited file and the instrumental one and put them together again? Please, if anyone knows, please help!!!
Sounds like you need to put the split tracks into GarageBand or logic or Ableton or something and work at it that way. If you are trying to do this just on iOS, try GarageBand

is the code for this app open source? and is further isolation possible?
I’m not sure, but there are multiple apps that do this. Most of them do these types of separation. It’s hard to separate stuff like keys and guitar if they are in a similar frequency range.

As of right now I do not see an Android app that does this. If anyone knows of one, let me know. I see ones for windows that you can either do a monthly subscription but I haven’t really used. The one that I have used that works for Mac or Windows is Izotope RX Standard.
I found an app for android! Tbh is the first time i ever seen an app doing such a wonderful job it, try it! (Now i can make clean instrumentals lol)

And as of right now there isn’t a way to isolate JUST piano, as it gets lumped into guitar/synth/strings and other instruments
