Hi Chris, if you mean the magnet that is supposed to attach to the bedknife and hold the gage up, Accu Products sells that. I've never been able to trust it and don't use it.
Good video Roland. Is 9 degrees a good attitude for deere qa5s units cutting greens at .105 ? Right now I have ours at 6 to 7 degrees and I'm noticing some cut issues.
I ran qa5s years ago at 7 to 9 degrees. The definition of attitude being: The bottom of the bedknife where it mates to the bedbar in relation to the ground (top of height gage). I noticed two main problems when HOC was below .100: 1) scalping occasionally when mowing with the grain 2) dragging/scrubbing occasionally when mowing against the grain Are you noticing one or both of those? If not, what are you noticing?
