Welcome to Day 9 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being LEARN. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like cat and cow, three legged dog, modified side plank and sphinx.
The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. Dear Miss Kassandra… I am on day 9 but I have been doing day 8 and 9 over and over again, these are the two videos so far that I enjoy doing the exercises. I will keep moving forward though. 😅 Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your stretching yoga with us.

I went away for five days in a no-wifi-no-cell zone and so I am VERY behind but still keeping up! I'm curious to know why Kassandra has dropped "Namaste" from the end of the practice. Does anyone know? Anyway LOVING this new challenge! Thank you Kassandra!!
I appreciate so many things about these sessions:
The videos are 10 minutes
Your instructions are clear and easy to follow
Pacing is perfect
Always some interesting, different pose
No distracting music, beginning, middle, or end
You wear the same pants and top throughout the challenge--easy to find
All in all, THE best yoga teacher I've found online (and I've tried many). Thank you Kassandra!
P.S. I can't sit on my heels due to knee pain. Is there an alternative?

How do I feel she asks? Hot, sweaty and with a need to learn to do a position correctly 😂 As ever I love your practices and 10 minutes a day is perfect for me. Enough to make a difference but not enough to make my Chronic Fatigue and fibromyalgia play up. Thank you for your practices and blessed be. ❤

Not my favorite as I felt like I struggle with this and it felt more like an intermediate session rather than beginner. But I still got it done! That’s all that matters
Yes I am there with you!! I couldn't do most of this practice
How can I. hangs my attitude about Downward Facing Dog? I hate it, have for years, it doesn’t feel like a satisfying posture. The only time I remotely enjoyed the pose was when I was strapped in with a rope from behind me. Help?
