Hi Everyone! Whether you are looking for strict keto recipes or you’re just a low carb lover, this tortilla recipe is one of the best we’ve tried! The flavor of these tortillas is unlike anything we’ve had since starting keto and we hope you’ll enjoy them too. So far, we have been making hot pockets, little pizzas and fish tacos-just to name a few! They also make incredibly sturdy wraps!
Thank you all so much for stopping by our channel! We are committed to sharing wonderful keto recipes we love. If you haven’t joined us on Facebook, look us up, we would love to have you. If you like this recipe and want to see more like this, make sure to like our video and subscribe to our channel! Please let us know if you try this recipe and tell us how it turns out!
    Ingredients:
    96 g Almond Flour
    24 g Coconut Flour
    2 tsp Xanthan Gum
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 tsp Water
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Egg, beaten
We always use this almond flour:
    amzn.to/2JqRU1s
Also many have asked what kind of psyllium husk we use, and it is NOW. We like their products:
    amzn.to/2XGVVCA
    Directions:
Put all of your dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. While the food processor is still running, add the apple cider vinegar. Next, add the egg and then water. Keep the food processor running until it forms a ball. Wrap the dough in clear wrap and leave it for 15 minutes.
Cut the dough into 4 pieces and place them in between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll them out (if you have a tortilla press, go ahead and use it!). Heat a pan over medium heat. We like to use ghee for cooking these. Place the tortilla in the pan for FIVE SECONDS-THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! flip and cook for about 15-30 seconds on the other side. if you over cook them they will become stiff!!!!Take them off and enjoy!
Here’s the macros for 4 tortillas (you could easily make 6-8 depending how big you want them!)
    Calories-178
    Fat-12g
    Carbs-4g
    Protein-6g

Wait, where's the outro? Looks very good and very simple. I've made coconut flour flatbreads and they take a good 4 minutes each to cook so they are very time consuming. I might give these a spin this weekend. Thanks for the upload.

Johnny Penso YES!! Do NOT cook these over 20 seconds on each side. They will become brittle! Test the first one and go from there!! But if you don’t over cook them you can fold them and roll them and they are very sturdy.

Thanks for the response. What heat level did you use for cooking? I'd expect 3 or 4 at the most on a scale of 1-10?

Hmmm....actually about a 5. We had it perfectly in between the high and low. Lol. If that makes any sense.

You spent half the video talking but really didn't say much, sorry but my time is limited. Unfortunately you just showed the recipe with no dialogue to support or walk your audience through your thought process. I realize this was two years ago and I know you are doing much better now thank you.

You forgot to give gnom-gnom credit for this recipe. Smh

Patty Crooker No need to shake your head, we’ve used this recipe for years, and it was simply written down in our keto recipe box. I don’t even remember where it came from, we’ve created and tested so many bread recipes ourself, If it was gnom-gnomes recipe we used I fully apologize for not giving credit. We ALWAYS give credit and create back links to websites we refer to.
