Same here! I love Dr Berg & his keto videos!!! I watched him for about a month & really decided to change my eating habits before I began on 9/23/22! I am on my 36th or so day of keto & have seen my stored body fat go away!!!
I still have a way to go but I really enjoy the foods I am now eating!!! And I’m doing this to be healthy!
