Yes,the number of people consuming processed food has increased dramatically because it is more accessible and marketed these days..some tax exemption is also given so they became cheaper..thats it. I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without the help of psilocybin.

Update. I just completed my first month of non smoking. Gosh! It's been more than 10 years that i spent a whole month without smoking.
Just to give an update. There are hell lot of things ( positive things) that i noticed and I'm happy to share those. These are my personal experience and I'm being 100% honest here. I noticed the following:-
      1. It is easy to breathe now, my breathing is deep and prolonged.
      2. I'm more calm these days. My emotions are more balanced. Earlier, my mood used to swing more compared to now.
      3. My body temperature is cooler than it used to be. I do not feel excess heat in my body. As a result, I sweat lesser, in fact negligible now.
      4. My physical stamina has increased. I noticed it while going upstairs.
      5. Nothing visible changes in smell perception as many people say. Maybe I'll notice it in future.
      6. Overall my mood is jolly. I feel happy and there is a sense of accomplishment.
      7. After a month now I do have a realisation regarding the kind of pathetic life i was living for last 10 years. I would say, quit it. Take some hard pledge so that you don't go back to this habit. I'm looking forward to next month now.
      Wish me luck.

Smoking can cause many serious problem. I never believed, but it happened to me. I was not a chain smoker. But daily one cigarette that's enough. But for 7-8 years. It imbalances my sugar level. Yes... Smoking can cause diabetics. High sugar is a silent killer u never knows it's destroying ur organs.
I accidentally checked my sugar level.. It was very high.. I gave up sugar.. And smoke... It's 7 days now.. I am feeling much better. Try to leave cigarette for atleast 7 days. U have already won the half battle.

Been a smoker for 10 years, tried many times but this time it's been 60 days of no smoking.. and I'm enjoying it.. I have had many withdrawal symptoms but the only thing I know is that for every trouble this smoking is not the solution to it..
I have gone cold turkey and it's helping..

I am in very painful condition My husband is a chronic smoker and now his condition is getting worse. Bad symptoms are showing up. He was always complains that he feels very tired all day. Then I thought we should go to the doctor and get tested. The results of the report were he had low bone density. Vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Now his sperm count and quality are also affecting. But he don't have the guts to quit smoking. Even after this, he started smoking more. Every member of the family is making fun or pulling me for not helping him in this. But how can I help? He didn't listen to anyone. I challenge him that if he doesn't stop we can't be parents for life. He said no, it is fine, we can go for IVF treatment. That is, he can spend Rs 1,2 lakh on treatment but cannot quit smoking. This is very pathetic. If anyone knows the solution please reply me.

Enough guys, our pleasure were many others income. Now this "addicting" things become used for money, political and crime. So, don't try quit suddenly, your mind will be stubborn. Just quit one by one and smoke with full consciousness or replace with chocolate or something, your mind will understand, but must have the aim to QUIT. Try to think deep your cigarette is just ash and also makes yr money ash just for looking COOL, get mature Bro, yr character makes yuh cool, not this stupid cigarette .Smoking is a stupid activity, Replace this things on other things such as meditation, exercise and so on. Nothing personal just share my EXPERIENCE as a youngster, who had been wasted time on smoking. Thanks.

This is the 6th attempt and right now craving is at peak that I'm literally crying to get a just half of a cigarette. I have locked myself in my room .
