list:
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 vegetable oil
mix really well
1 1/2 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
mix
switch to spatula keep mix
1/2 teaspoon milk
mix
roll out on baking tray with parchment paper, flatten and decorate
bake in oven 180.c, 15-20 minutes

Can I ask what did you substitute for apple cider vinegar?
@kp4435 I didn't use vinegar or any substitute for it. You can use any kind of vinegar or lemon juice. It's purpose is only to remove egg odour. Even if u don't add any of them it won't make any difference.

I just made it using an air fryer. It turn out fine. 10-15 mins top 5 mins bottom still at 180

Is it okay if I use extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil? And if so, is it the same amount or do I use less?
If you use that it will only taste like olive oil, i tried some sweet recipes with olive oil and i do not recommend

Yes!! Any type of vinegar works!! The addition of vinegar is only to remove the egg-y odor from the cookies! substitute it with whatever type of vinegar you have, or even lemon juice!

They taste good fresh out the oven but it's gets hard later
It tastes good but not GOOD because I still taste the oil
Ohh well! Maybe I suggest changing the quality of the oil used? I bet it might taste differently!

And the hard cookies are the overbaked ones
That's the problem with cookies using oil instead of butter
