Acceptable laptop good for basic office things as a college student it got me out of several troubles I would have liked to have it in quarantine when I was in high school it would have been a great help

just curious,, why did you remove the 8gb soldered and replace with 512gb ssd? 8gb is the ram right? and ssd is the device memory?

The note was about how the 8GB of ram wasn't upgradable since it was soldered. What was removed was a 2230 m.2 ssd, replaced with a full sized 2280 m.2 ssd.

@@TechoAV So , I'll buy Dell Inspiron 3511 with core i5-1135G7 , Nvidia mx350 2G , 8G DDR4 RAM , 512 SSD M.2 , The device is new and the price is only 280$ . This is better than IdeaPad slim 3 (300$) .
