Faced the same issue but only at the top of the screen. Got the LCD display replaced since i have warranty. It took 1.5 weeks to get the repair done. However there was long weekend in this timespan( a holiday on a monday).

Hello! I have a recent Lenovo V15 G3, my customer doesn't remember Windows 11 account password, I have disabled Secure Boot and also Fast Boot, but bootable USB is not detected. In EFI I have always "Windows Boot Manager" and "PXE Network" .... I have try with many bootable USB, changing USB port, but nothing to do, I don't know what to do. Have any idea? Thank you
