  • My friend Anna Blount and I worked on a patriotic abstract art "Stars and Swipes" collaboration. I love how Anna's video turned out which you can watch hear - • Stars And Swipes! 🇺🇸 P...
    The blue and red paints were mixed 2 parts Floetrol to 1 Part Paint. The white was mixed one part Essentials Titanium White (Walmart), 1 part Artist Loft Flow Acrylic white, and 2 parts of Floetrol. The consistency of both was medium thin (barely left a cone then disappears).

    I started my journey 15 months ago. I’d had surgery to remove a lung cancer in 2021 and I was so stressed thinking it was going to come back. I needed a hobby to take my mind off things. I came across your youtube channel and others. It was a godsend. Thank you so much ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Wish me luck. Right now, My Husband has half of the Garage setting up a firework show, and I have the other half where I paint. Wow this is going to be fun.

    I started pouring 3 years ago at the age of 78. The pandemic was to blame. 😂 My brother in law took a class and showed me how to do a flip cup. UA-cam did the rest. I also started crocheting at the same time. About 18 months ago I started doing resin. Now I'm drowning in projects that I don't know what to do with. 😂😂

    This is so amazing. Love it completely. Btw I have a question to ask..I bought a canvas that mentioned it is a medium grained cotton canvas. Few brands offer fine grained, super fine grained, medium grained canvases. I want to know which is the best for acrylic pour painting? Fine? Superfine or Medium grained? Or I can use any of them? Does it matter? I am really confused.

    • @LeftBrainedArtist
      @LeftBrainedArtist  Рік тому +1

      You can use any of them. The more fine the less you'll see the "texture" of the canvas through your painting when it dries. I don't mind the texture so I usually go for the cheapest with the best quality frame.

    • @LeftBrainedArtist
