The man who is upset that his girlfriend kicked a child *out of self defence* is going to be the exact same parent that will raise a devil child. "My child is perfect and can do no harm."
As a parent I agree. Like if my kid was acting like a little shit then I’m getting onto him. And if this was my kid and the lady told me she was shanked by my kid. I woulda said to my son, “that’s what you get. You don’t assault someone and expect not to be checked”.
The boyfriend saying: I want to have children in the future 😂 doesnt he know that when you have children to take care, this will be an great skill to have. She instinctively defended her clan❤. Hope she leave him. This is not a man you wanna in You corner
Story 4: As a mother of 5...if a kid STABBED ME, they're getting kicked! Absolutely not! That's all on the parents. It's our job as a parent to not raise violent a-holes!
I want to say that I would have to be in the moment and that If I did kick a kid it would be out of unintentional reflex or self defense like if there was a weapon. I’ve been around a lot of kids and i know they do some weird things….but none of them have ever tried to hurt me on purpose. There’s the accidental kick to the head when you tickle your own kids, niece, brother, nephew, sister and so on or like the accident head butt but the only time I’ve ever seen kids physically lash out at another person it’s always been one of their siblings. Which is pretty normal a stranger that’s not normal but idk maybe op knows the kid or something? I want to say I would never hurt a kid but in a dangerous situation it can’t be ruled out because I’m only 5’3 I’m basically the height of a 8 year old lol 😅😂
He’s just looking for a reason to break up with her. 26 year old dude planning on kids with a 22 year old? Either ‘yeah, right’ or he’s too dumb to breed.
Listening to this episode with my dad at breakfast and he said during story 2 “the house was his fate, she came into his life so that the house could come into his life”
THIS!! Because let me tell you! The property I currently own and grew up on. I inherited it after my Dad passed away in 2017 and took over the mortgage payments. So I have paid for it but initially got a better deal than most because I’m not having to pay for the full mortgage price. Unfortunately my house burned down about 6 months ago and like all the way down and it’s been a pain in the ass. It would be easier to sell but it’s the last remaining property that my grandparents helped accumulate. They bought their house, and helped all 3 of their sons and family at the time to purchase a house. My uncles got repossessed decades ago because of some issues and lies from his wife. My aunt of my other uncle sold their house after he died and she bought my grandparents house for a significantly lower price so that my grandpa could afford to go live in a Warmer state and do more traveling. The deal was that the house HAS to stay in our family. Unfortunately after my grandpa passed away she sold it. My oldest brother tried to buy it from her but she wanted more than we could afford. All of that aside my property isn’t just sentimental to me and my siblings as both of our parents and grandparents have unfortunately been passed away for too many years now but apparently the family that my parents bought the house from had many other family members who still live on my street and atleast one of them actually asks me yearly if I’m willing to sell it to them. They understand why I won’t let it go but I also understand why they continue to ask. They are lovely neighbors whom I’ve known since I was a kid. It’s been really hard not being able to be at my own home and having to deal with all the red tape and paperwork has been a struggle on top of dealing with all the sentimental loss we had. We can but most of our belongings back but all the memories, our Mome ashes, sentimental family heirlooms, trophies that belonged to my parents, year books and so much more. Because my house was the house we grew up in like 90-95% of the most important things that my parents, grandparents and people passed away left us were in that house. A phone I had for the passed 9 years that 2 months before the fire I got a new one and because my cloud was too full and I had the phone for 9 years I lost thousands of pictures and videos because even though I thought I backed up all the stuff on my google back up apparently it didn’t save everything it was supposed too. I’m glad some stuff was already with my siblings but I wish I would have given them more. I have a small handful of sentimental things left and we plan to get a fire proof safe.
fr it doesnt matter who it is or what the property is, whoever damages property is supposed to cover the costs (legally, i believe). it was generous of op to let him only pay half. and it wasnt even that much money ?? idk if aNYYONE who'd get defensive about something like that unless they had an ulterior motive, but even then, they should expect the person to habe you cover the cost of replacement or cleaning
I bet he just goes and rear ends people while driving and insists that he shouldn’t pay for anything because it’s just an accident 🙄 like okay, it being an accident doesn’t absolve you of responsibility, you man child.
For the allergy story- I have NINE allergies and my girlfriend had them all memorized within 3 months... I can't imagine her forgetting such a big allergy, ESPECIALLY after 3 years!! It's her health at stake!!
I’m not allergic to anything, so health isn’t a risk, but I am a picky eater and still my partner knows 100% what foods I do and do not like. I hate tuna and if he tried to give me a tuna sandwich I’d literally look at him like he was crazy and maybe we need to see a dr. 😂😂
My best friend has a lot of allergies and lot and even if I can’t name them all off the top of my head I’m never ordering anything for her without consulting the list to be sure
A couple of my friends have allergies and dietary restrictions and the whole group knows who can’t eat what… if you care about the person then you know these things
@@Epatron2 I can’t stand eggs!! My husband knows this, if we got to breakfast he asks them to make sure you don’t get the eggs. Or if we are getting burritos, make sure it doesn’t have raw onions or sour cream, this is him reminding me on foods I don’t like.😂
If anything, OP's girlfriend in Story 4 is actually displaying how she would be a good, protective mother -- with how she prioritized keeping their dog safe.
I don't even see how he made it such a big deal, my girlfriend got stabbed in the leg and defended herself, I can't believe she would do that what if she hurts our kids....by.....defending herself.... 😭 like how does that translate to hurting your children
Also it doesn’t matter if the gf is telling the truth or not, the fact that op doesn’t believe her when she is supposedly telling the truth???? Everyone glossed over the fact SHE GOT STABBED BY THIS KID and he’s more worried abt the kid????? Like??
@@iridescentsolace yeah I really hope she left him over this. Unfortunately I doubt we'll ever know, since the coward deleted his entire account haha. Probably because all of the comments were tearing him apart.
@@meggokappo thanks for the info on that awful OP. I was going to look at his account to see if he saw the light lol now I don’t have to waste my time. Since the coward delete his account!
@@iridescentsolaceit DOES matter if she’s telling the truth or not, why do you say it doesn’t? If she’s lying about the entire thing then it’s incredibly problematic that she kicked a kid and lied about it to make herself look more justified. If she has a history of lying and being reactive then it’s justifiable that OP wouldn’t trust her. I’m not on OPs side on that story, but saying that it doesn’t matter if she’s lying or not is way too far on the other side. Holding people you love accountable is important for a healthy relationship, if she’s lying about something to the police that she’s being pressed charges about, that is a massive issue.
Fiancé that ordered the tuna sandwich 100% decided “I want tuna, so I’ll claim I forgot, and get two sandwiches and credit for making the effort to do what she asked without having to actually do It.” He in no way was going to sacrifice what he wanted for her. He chooses himself time and time again and is surprised she is leaving him.
i doubt its about the sandwich too, he probably does other things that show he doesn't care but this moment of her recovering from being sick to him giving her something she was allergic to was the last straw, i would bet so much money that if you asked her why shes thinking of leaving him she would probably give multiple instances where he neglected her.
Like how can you forget a shellfish allergy? There’s probably a lot more going on and this is the straw that broke the camel’s back. It’s not the big things these type of relationships blow up over, it’s the small things
Exactly! My fiance looks at every label when he grocery shops and talks to the cooks when we're ordering food to see if there is any soy in the food/ingredients. HOW does he forget his wife's allergies?! She's mad at a bunch of stuff and this is the last straw.
I have a severe allergic reaction to orange. My partner double checks everything before he buys it and definitely has never forgotten my allergy. That was 100% BS on his part👌
you should do an episode on “baby bandaids.” stories where people thought a baby would fix their relationship, or people baby trapped their partner, or lied about a pregnancy.
They did do a baby trapping episode *foreverrrr* ago (it was actually how I came across them. It was a clip they posted to tiktok about a mother-in-law poking holes in her son's condoms whiles he was at work and the wife was asleep). However, I do agree with this theme idea. The baby trapping episode was so long ago that they could definitely find enough material for a second one. Or maybe even give an update on the stories from that episode.
Lauren’s joke about Brad Pitt hitting kids was actually spot on and she didn’t realize. His kids have admitted he put hands on them, so don’t feel bad, Lauren, you’re just psychic
Story 1: as soon as he asked her to wear a specific dress, I knew he was doing to spill on purpose to see her reaction to see if she’s “materialistic”.
I'm crying laughing right now because when Lauren asked Morgan if she knew anyone who would kick a child, me and Morgan both answered "Me." at the exact same time
Story 7: Even with the wife’s response, I really do think that the husband is the asshole here. It feels like he purposely put all of that sad stuff about her life to justify prioritizing her over his wife. Plus, the best friend is also an asshole and seems to not really care about the importance of marital relationships. The friend could have the saddest story in the world, but she should know that the world doesn’t revolve around her. She might have had a very difficult upbringing, but she needs to learn to make sacrifices as well. But with the update… fuck the best friend and that sad excuse of a husband.
THIS!!! Where were all her other friends??? Why doesn’t she have any female friends or hire a doula during labor? I’d be beyond pissed if this happened to me!!
I agree with you. Yes her situation must suck but if you’re married (w/o kids) your spouse comes first!!! I’m sure this isn’t the first instance where the husband picks the best friend over his wife.
The story with the ex wanting OP to be a surrogate is the second post by OP, the first post by OP is OP finding out he’d been neglecting the baby all day while she was at work and then close to when she’d get home he’d put on an act of being a doting father. A neighbor told OP that the baby would just cry all day and OP took a day off work to see what was going on and found him with noise cancelling headphones ignoring the baby so she took the baby and he flipped out thinking the baby had gone missing. It’s a whole mess and the dude is a freak who should not be in charge of any children ever.
@@heathersherr3904 The dude is menace, like how in hell did he think he was going to get full custody when he goes to sleep with noise canceling headphones while the baby suffers for hours and doesn’t even check on the baby often enough that he’d notice if an actual kidnapper took the baby? And now he wants another and for OP to be the one to carry it? I’m not typically for forced castration but…
@@fallingawayfromthenormThat story just got crazier and crazier, but what set me off was him asking for full custody just so he wouldn't have to pay child support. I don't know anything about child support, but in what world is it easier to raise a child than just pay child support? And then he wants to have another child, so he clearly doesn't care about the one he has. He's all kinds of fucked up.
@@crazzyyy1234 Honestly I’m scared he’s one of those true crime stories of children dying due to neglect waiting to happen. If he’d gotten full custody for some bizarre reason, I feel like he would have stopped caring for the kid entirely until they were dead or near death. 😬
Story 5, The lack of urgency from the boyfriend is concerning. There is no mention of HIM panicking, trying to figure out what’s going on. Regardless of who sent it, someone sent it. They sent it for a reason, whether it was to hurt OP or the boyfriend. I personally think it’s an affair partner or he’s been posting content online without her knowledge & someone noticed OP - a family friend, shitty cousin.
Yes to that, I think he was posting them online without her consent. Or he told someone about them who uploaded them. Either he is guilty of posting/sharing them or guilty of not securing them enough and/or bragging about it.
I definitely think he was posting online for sure. Most people that film those videos don’t keep them to themselves for long online or with their friends. That or he was cheating.
The sandwich story: HE FORGOT HER ALLERGY!!!! He does not care about her AT ALL! he can't even think of ANY of her go to orders. He only cares about himself. HE wanted a Tuna sandwich and just didnt give a fuck about what SHE wanted! Like he's clearly never seen her eat Tuna and yet that was his choice? He wanted a tuna sandwich and that's all he cared about
For story 7 I think the biggest thing is that he specifically planned this whole birthday dinner to make up for the fact that he hasn't been present to his wife, but then he still ditches his wife for his "best friend"
Also, it seems oddly convenient she went into early labor the exact day of OP’s wife’s birthday. Not sure how she’d be able to make that happen, but the circumstances do give off “pick me” vibes.
@@shelbybabcock8779 I mean I don't think there's a way to do that on purpose but she definitely wasn't upset about it because it gave her a reason to pull him away. I'm sure she would've made something up to pull him away though if she didn't go into labor
Yeah something is off 100 percent i think the kids his agree with wife. No grown man despite friendship is going out of their way that far for a friend. Its so suspicious
It's not about the sandwich. The fiancé is choosing to make it about the sandwich because if it's about the sandwich, it's too ridiculous to reflect on. It's easier to blame the most ridiculous answer then to actually consider that you have consistently made the same mistake for 3 YEARS and still has the nerve to say he "loves" her.
for the first story, it was not anyones direct fault for the spill, it was an accident. But, if you accidentally ruin something, hurt someone, mess something up (even if there was 0 ill intend or anything), you should make it right. Just bcs you didnt intend for something bad to happen, doesnt mean you shouldnt help fix it.
The ex-husband does not want a new baby. His lack of visits to his existing child proves that. He is just looking for ways to belittle, humiliate and anger his ex-wife.
I’m not sure if people know but if you go to the description it breaks down each story. You’re able to just click on what story you want to hear and it takes you straight there. Hope this helps someone 🙂
When my oldest daughter was about a year old, she had a habit of standing on my feet while I washed dishes. One day, she bit the inside of my thigh. Without any thought, I automatically slapped her! I felt horrible instantly. It just hurt so bad! Judging someone for a knee-jerk reaction is laughable.
My cousin would bite people when she was a kid and I mean REALLY BITE and wouldn’t stop.. so one day she did it to my grandma (and drew blood) so my grandma bit her back hard My cousin screamed and cried but guess what? SHE NEVER BIT AGAIN!
My now deceased grandma did that to one of my cousins too... It was instincts but it was a hilarious tale for years about how Grandma Dolly slapped Taylor across the face, hard 🤣🤣🤣 She was the best Grandma tho
Little 🚩 I noticed in the 7th story (birthday, pregnancy, cheating) was the OP husband referring to his wife saying “when she was pregnant with HER baby” not “our baby”. Just that little word shows that he is separating himself from his wife and commitment to her and THEIR child.
It took my now husband less than a month to remember that I'm allergic to strawberries when we started dating. He ordered me a cherry smoothie, he got it & thought it looked off so he tried it. He was right, it was strawberry. So he walked back in and got me a different one. I feel like allergies are something you don't (or at least shouldn't) forget about a partner. In some cases it's life or death...
The allergy one: I mentioned to my partner at the beginning of our relationship (6 yrs ago) that I USED to be allergic to eggs as a kid and had since grown out of it BUT still can’t eat just eggs bc they make me throw up. ANY time there’s eggs involved my partner always asks for alternatives and looks out for me. They also know all my orders and have it written in a notepad. To be dating 3 yrs and not remember ONE allergy, yeah he was definitely thinking of himself.
My husband hasn’t had peanuts in 4 years because I’m allergic. His whole family constantly forgets and I usually can’t eat. I usually let it slide because whatever. My husband will tell them to put the peanuts away or we’re leaving and he always is like that. It makes me feel so protected and loved. He also always carries my epi pens. He is more careful than me. 34:55
Period, my man would be proud bc he’s always worried ill freeze up or make a wrong decision she did everything right except i would have left after he hid in the tube
I’m so confused with Story 4, did OP want his girlfriend and dog to be stabbed multiple times because it’s “just a kid”? Just because they are 8 doesn’t excuse this EXTREMELY VIOLENT behavior, this is literally a precursor they use when they look back at a criminals life. The kid STALKED them with the INTENT to hurt them. I would leave OP so fast
So with the Alaska flight, the regular cruising altitude of a plane is 33,000. The plane door had ripped off just after take off at 16,000, approximately halfway up. Mothers were holding onto their children watching their seats inch towards the opening! Honestly they’re lucky it didn’t happen 10 minutes later or they would almost certainly be dead. The FAA has grounded all planes of that model until they know what happened. And Morgan as someone who worked at a toy store, I have 100% taken toy demos off the floor with the lie “sorry guys these aren’t supposed to be out today” because the kids are being super annoying 😂
Story about the guy who asked his ex to be a surrogate, that’s actually an update from another story - they originally broke up because he didn’t have a job and was supposed to look after the child while she was at work, but the neighbour let her know that he neglected the child while she was at work, and so then she “kidnapped” her child to see how long it would take for him to notice. That’s why they broke up. Then he got this 18 year old girl, so explains ALOT. Funny enough, my cousin is divorcing her husband for basically the same shit (quit his job 3 years ago because he was “depressed” but didn’t do anything to improve himself, and can’t even be bothered to actually help with the kids/look after them) - he’s also talking to younger girls online even though the divorce isn’t finalized. These type of dudes all follow the same pattern - sad and pathetic and go for younger girls because they don’t know any better.
Story 1: he ASKED her to wear it! She said she didn’t want to mess it up so she’d rather not. He assured her and all that… it’s his fault The allergy story is pretty ridiculous, she’s not upset about the sandwich, she’s upset he forgot her allergy, that’s actually a really big deal especially if there’s anaphylaxis
Im surprised they really didn’t mention it but he got RED WINE the one thing known for staining white dresses you hear it all the time if someone wears white to a wedding red wine is spilled on them I think it was some sick and twisted joke that backfired
47:56 I just picture a short chubby red headed kid with freckles and like a devious smile running towards her and she kicks him square in the forehead and he just tumbles backwards down a hill 😂😂
Story 3: regarding the guy forgetting his girlfriend's allergies, how is he able to live out the rest of his life and do a good job at work if he is that incompetent? You can't use that excuse as a man if you're capable in every other area.
Story 6: It's actually worse if you know the full story. Before they separated, he was "watching" their 4 month old baby since he had lost his job and OP had to go to work to make some money for the family. I say "watching" since as soon as OP left the house he went to bed with his noise cancelling headphones leaving their 4 month old baby alone. After OP found out from a neighbor and kicked him out, she got her daughter assessed at the doctor and they said she was showing signs of neglect.
As a tjmaxx/homegoods employee. I know the EXACT toy Lauren is talking about. It’s become such a problem at our store we literally moved them to above children’s eye and reach level..
Would like to shout you guys out because your episode on dread game actually helped me to get out of an awful relationship with a manipulative, mentally and emotionally abusive, and emotionally immature person. Reading about dread game helped me to realize what was going on. I’m so much happier now!
Story 7 at first had me like: This is why we need to raise boys and girls to not necessarily see them as potentially romantic and just actually friends. Even at daycare little boys are teased about flirting when they don't even know what that is. Then the reveal: But you guys bring up a good point. They are not in a throuple! Sarah/Melissa is overly dependent on Warren of course he cheated!
I see the point you were making pre-reveal, but the whole time i was like "is OP the only friend she has that can go to these appointments with her? Has sarah ever attempted to be friends with the wife? Where is the baby daddy?" Speaking as someone with a lot of guy friends, there are boundaries I'd never cross with them and i wouldn't want *any* of them near my downstairs regardless of whether or not I'm pushing a human out.
Guy who blew off his wife for his friend in labor screwed up by going to all his friend's appointments IMO. If he wants to help her on delivery day, I think that's fine. But why did he go to all her doctor visits? That's a bit much. Edit: I gotta stop commenting before I've finished a story discussion. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA this man SUCKS.
Story 7 : I have a partner and I have guy friends 100% platonic. I ALWAYS distance myself a bit when they get a new partner and befriend their gf. It's very easy to be respectful, it's not even a "conscious" decision. And if my partner was jealous of someone or vice versa, we'd put a bit of distance with that person to reassure the other's feeling no question asked. Reeeal easy. It happened once with one of his female friendships, she was saying weird flirty stuff suddenly, he immediately respected my feelings and believed me 🤷🏻♀️ We still see her in group settings, it's really easy to respect your relationship and put your partner first...
Story 5: love the advice to keep all evidence to show the lawyer that he's not a responsible man. He could likely be lying, and if he's speaking about a "teenage body" like that, he could be a danger to their daughter.
The way morgan says “rune” gets me every time. The word ruin is used so frequently in these reddit stories 😂. Also the tuna sandwich incident would absolutely make me see red, what is the point of marrying someone that is incapable of caring for you when you need it.
It's not about the sandwich. He forgot an allergen! If you can forget once, you can again! That in itself is worrisome! My partner knows I can't eat shellfish (aside from shrimp, idk how, doc cant explain it either.) He reminds people for me, sometimes before me (I don't mind, he can talk much louder and it comes in handy.) And recently my mother in law found out she has a lost of allergens. Caring is about attention to detail sometimes. Allergens are KEY DETAILS TO REMEMBER Also, my fiancee and i are parents. We would NEVER let our children leave our sight, or go somewhere without our supervision. Were responsible for lur kids and their behavior, as it reflects on how were raising them. It is NEVER ok tonpester dogs. My kids know: 1. ask the dog owner to pet the dog, not me 2. When the the dog leaves, i say or the owner says, leave the dog alone and carry on doing something else. We told them its for safety. Dog may need to do its bizz, may be getting tired, antsy, etc. So give them space and move along.
Yeah, I am allergic to tomatoes. It's usually not very serious, but once in a while, I get a horrible reaction. I even had to go to the hospital once. I almost never eat tomatoes, even when I have my medication. And if my partner (or a close friend who knows about it) doesn't respect that, like I'm sorry, but no. Then our relationship is over.
9:19 I’m honestly not loving Justin’s take here. It’s the boyfriend’s fault. OP should be able to wear a nice dress without worrying about her boyfriend spilling stuff around her. Even if he didn’t “pressure” her into wearing the dress, it’s not her fault he doesn’t pay attention to his surroundings
I lost my oldest brother this Monday and I’ve been binging the podcast cus it’s always been like a comfort show.. thank you tht team all of the stories have been keeping my head busy
I know right I know they are American so they don’t know what it is but the way they glossed over it whilst I was listening like he doesn’t know her greggs order?!! That’s more embarrassing that forgetting her allergy
@@blackgirlmagicc I’d love to see THT at a greggs💀 The fact his go to is a tuna crunch tells us all we need to know😮💨 All the lovely stuff he could have chosen and after an a&e shift? His self awareness has left the room

50:50 Morgan talks about the flight attendant that just got sucked out, I think about that story very often. She's just gone! Never to be seen again. So insane. How do people that survived deal with that?
Story 7: called that losers pity party/twist to the story from the get-go. Your partner has a problem with someone of the opposite sex being in your life- you cut them off. If you aren’t willing to do that for them you’re incompatible as a couple. This goes for either scenario of the partner being insecure or the one that won’t give up the other relationship being shady. You can have friends of the opposite sex but you cannot have friendships that your spouse is not ok with and expect a good result for your marriage- the marriage relationship that should be top priority. If it’s not, it’s not a marriage that will last.
For the story with the guy going to the hospital for his friend’s birth, I think there’s a reason the wife thinks Sarah is a pick-me that OP is leaving out. And maybe…the baby is his. Edit: posted before hearing the wife’s comment and now I’m convinced it’s his baby.
If I think about that story as if they really were siblings- which OP says is their dynamic- then I dont believe there is any issue other than the wife being jealous. I would be there 100% for my siblings labor. I have been there for both of my sisters deliveries and I would leave a birthday party to be at the hospital especially if my sister was all alone. Now whether he is just saying that to get sympathy is up in the air. If I take it at face value then I don’t think he is in the wrong. To add, one of my sisters is just my step sister but she is my sister all the same and her and her kids are my family that I would do anything for. So it is the same to me as just having this super close friend from childhood especially if she was in foster care and never gad any stable family.
@@Emjay.ddid you miss he was sleeping with Sarah/Melissa, not only that Melissa/Sarah is the homie hopper! It ain’t no fun it’s a Homies can’t have her! He left his wife! He’s always putting this other woman over his wife! He was going to leave his, and be there for his friend! During the birth of his child with his wife! So it’s ok to be there for a friend while she’s in labor? And not his own child’s birth? How is she just the jealous wife, when this pick me, did nothing but disrespect the wife, I’m sorry! If I had a male best friend, that I had since childhood, and if he was married, I would not be calling on his wife’s birthday! Even if I’m alone!! It sounds like this strawberry! @@Emjay.d so the wife is just jealous? And he’s being a good friend, he should’ve married his friend. I’m sure all ur hearing is jealous wife, hates the beautiful friend that doesn’t have a family, and made a family with her guy friend. Missing the whole point! This guy was going to leave his wife, while she was giving birth to their child! To run to the hospital to his friend. Is she still a jealous wife? He had to be forced to for his child’s birth, when he wanted to run to his friend, but he’s all for dropping everything for his friend, to go to her? How is this a jealous wife. She called his wife names! She disrespect his wife every time she had a chance. I’m sure you missed the part when the wife telling the whole story, he was sleeping with Sarah, there now he’s staying with her. But she’s just the jealous wife. Damn jealous wife’s let the husbands cheat in peace! And if his side chick is having a baby, the wife needs to get over her bday, stop being jealous, of the husband gf, that he calls his sister.
Sandwich story: I have a few food allergies to pineapple(full body rash/hives for weeks), scallops(slight tongue swelling), and red meats(vomiting & stomach pains), my fiancée takes so much care to make sure I don't eat those things and goes as far as to read food labels and menu items even after I have checked them myself. I want to add that OP doesn't mention to what extent fiancée is allergic to tuna (probably doesn't remember), so if she had blindly trusted him and taken a bite would she have ended up with anaphylaxis, have to use an EpiPen, and spend hours at the hospital or been super uncomfortable with hives, have to use an EpiPen, spend hours at the hospital, and use a steroid cream for days.
Story 3: My partner and I keep lists on our phone of our usual safe orders for all the places usually go, because we're both ADHD and can be forgetful. Mistakes happen, it's about the effort you put into caring about your partner
My boyfriend of 2 years is allergic to shellfish and overall hates seafood, I also have a very short memory and probably couldn’t remember his exact order without asking, but the ONE THING I NEVER FORGET AND COULDNT is that he is allergic to shellfish and doesn’t like seafood. I can’t imagine being this careless or out of touch with my partner that I’m engaged to marry. So much more than a sandwich.
Yeah! Lauren is back! Second-hand embarrassment is very overwhelming , so much that I have to hide my face or even fast forward or cover my ears. It is just too much.
about the kid in the store story, i work at a store that sells kids toys, but for security reasons there's a sign saying that all the toys in the window can not be touch and people have the same ones inside. This family came in the store and the little kid ran to the window and took a toy while the parents were looking and not doing anything, i had to go there and tell them that those were off limits and the mother snapped at me " well cant you see shes a kid and cant read?" i told her "well you're the parent right? can't you read?". your'd be amazed by how so many parents dont care and dont do anything. besides toys, in this store i also have ceramics and handmade things and we are the ones following the kids around just making sure nothing breaks while the parents just go their separate ways.
Story 3. I was with my ex for 10 years and he was never able to order for me or pick up anything for me. It was a toxic relationship that I should have left way earlier but what can you do lol. My new BF/ soul mate knows exactly what I'd eat, drink, or want and we've been together almost 5 years. Guarantee this guy in the story only ever thought about himself and glad she got out now.
Justin you will be happy to know even if the hose burns down your grandpa's dog tags will survive. They are ment to go through all kinds of things that would happen in war so the people can still be identified in the end of the are killed in action.
I have MULTIPLE sever allergies and my boyfriend remembered them IMMEDIATELY not only that but all of my friends have them all saved as notes in my contact so whenever they make me something they know what I can’t and can have. He knew he just didn’t care and honestly even if it was just over the sandwich I still would of left because you should know your partners allergies like the back of your hand after 3 years together
The sandwich one boiled my blood! Especially bc the fiancé went and ordered what he wanted to eat, then saw there was a deal, didn’t even think about hmmm what would my fiancé (who just got off work and has been sick) would like to eat… seems like he could always just be thinking about himself.
It's never about "just a sandwich," it's about the fact that this person can't even remmeber the one thing that would LITERALLY KILL YOU. It's about feeling safe with the one person who should be guarding your safety most. And also, saying that she broke up with him over "just a sandwich" is a major part of the problem. It minimizes, dismisses, and trivialize both her feelings and her health. Anyone who responds to this situation in any way other than "I really fucked up" belongs in the garbage.
ugh story three is reminding me of my last break up where my alcoholic ex forgot i was deaf in my right ear and tried to talk to me on my right side. we had known each other for almost three years..
I go into cleaning mode SO fast when a new THT episode drops 😂🔥 love you guys so much thankyou for all the hard work you put in to make these episodes amazing for us 🫶🏽❤️
Dude, re the third story with the allergies: my roommate has significant food allergies and we've only lived together six months, but when I forget one of them/accidentally leave food out with the ingredient they're allergic too, I am horrified with myself. These allergies can be life threatening and just minimizing potential contact shows you CARE. my parents forgot I'm allergic to mushrooms one time when cooking this big beautiful family meal and it just made me sad. it's the fact that 1, if you love someone you should remember what can hurt them and try to make them feel included and 2, it could be potentially life threatening if someone forgets someone else's allergies. Cannot believe that dude doesn't get it.
Story 1: His fault, 100%. If he spilled wine on the white dress of a complete stranger, he should compensate for it right? This isn't any different. Also, if she were wearing the original blue dress and he spilled wine on it, that's still damage, irrespective of the colour of the dress.

Me: *opens a bag of chips and settles down* Lauren: POOP That's definitely a record on this show, but I should know by now 😂
46:17 as a marshalls worker we can’t just take stuff because kids are playing with them 😭 the more reasonable thing to do is to tell the parent to please control their child
LAUREN! I love that you said "nip it in the BUTT" I grew up saying that...my current partner laughed when I'd say that and told me it's actually "nip it in the BUD" like a flower...pick the bud before it blooms. Hahaha love it❤
The first story: why did she even have to ask?! He should be so apologetic and offering to get it cleaned before she could even get a word out. He doesn’t care about her, at all. He knows how important that dress is to her and even though it was an accident, he spilled his drink. If he liked her even a little bit, he would do whatever he can to make it right.
About the story with the explicit videos being sent to the parents. I can imagine another scenario, I am in a support group surrounded around partners porn addictions due to my partners addiction and I have seen it plenty of times where the bf/husband will steal his gf/wife identity or will share intimate videos/photos with other men or even women with strangers on the internet. It wouldn't surprise me if he was talking with strangers online and one stranger decided to send it to the parents to mess with him, they typically get caught this way. Its easy to find someones facebook page and figure out who family is to mess with a person. I wouldn't rule this possibility out. Often porn addicts are really into filming their intimate moments and saving it all including exs too and exchanging online. Its really twisted what these men will do so I see that as a possibility.
I’m surprised not more people are saying this, but I think he was posting it online as well, and someone found it! Anyone can upload to those sites and many girls in the videos that were s.a. have to take those companies to court to get the content removed. I would definitely look more into this whether she stays with him or not. He was too calm about that compared to her breaking up with him….
Story 4: about the kid. Just the other day I went to see a movie at the theatre. A movie that 10 year olds should probably not be at. Me and my friend unfortunately got sat by 4 10 year old girls. They were straight up YELLING during the whole movie. There was a sweet moment between a parent and the mom said “oh sweetie it’s okay” and 2 of them started loudly mocking it. They would start screaming random references. After the movie me and my friend looked to see that there were 4 moms sitting with them! Like huh? You’re just gonna let your kid ruin the experience for a bunch of people. I don’t understand parents these days.
Story One: He did knock it over and he should at least help her get it fixed. However, I feel like with it being so sentimental, I wouldn’t care who you are or where we are going. It would be staying put in my closet. I wouldn’t even want to risk it.
How do you forget that your partner is allergic to tuna?? If she has an allergy to lots of fish and seafood maybe don't get her anything with that involved?? You wanna marry her but can't even remember what she is allergic to? What if one day you have kids and they are severely allergic to something and you feed it to them??
The tuna boy is so lame. "She remembers stuff better than me cuz she has to for work!" Sir, you needed enough memory not to nearly send your partner into anaphylaxic shock.
The man who is upset that his girlfriend kicked a child *out of self defence* is going to be the exact same parent that will raise a devil child. "My child is perfect and can do no harm."
THIS!! The parents and child are entitled
🎉 yep
YES!! OPs take is terrifyingly absurd and actually causing serious inner rage for me 😂😂 like HOW are you so DENSE?!
Story 4: As a mother of 5...if a kid STABBED ME, they're getting kicked! Absolutely not! That's all on the parents. It's our job as a parent to not raise violent a-holes!
Right? I'm defending myself!
He literally stabbed her! If anything the parents should be charged!
Also this is absolutely something Brad Pitt would do. Look at the court records.
You should do an "entitled parents" episode!!
YESS
I would LOVEEE that
2nding this
Thissss
Pleaasssseeee
Listening to this episode with my dad at breakfast and he said during story 2 “the house was his fate, she came into his life so that the house could come into his life”
Periodddd
I have a small handful of sentimental things left and we plan to get a fire proof safe.
i actually love this, tell your dad hes a sweet man
😂 love that
❤ this
Story 1: If he damaged the property of a stranger on accident, he'd be responsible for 100%. 50% is the least he could do.
Exactly. Doesn't matter if its an accident or not, he's still liable, no?
Honestly! She said it was going to cost 100 dollars to get the dress cleaned and de-stained. That's 50 BUCKS? DUDE???
fr it doesnt matter who it is or what the property is, whoever damages property is supposed to cover the costs (legally, i believe). it was generous of op to let him only pay half. and it wasnt even that much money ?? idk if aNYYONE who'd get defensive about something like that unless they had an ulterior motive, but even then, they should expect the person to habe you cover the cost of replacement or cleaning
@@kaitlynmorgan4613 Fr, the second he got defensive I would have told him to pay all of it or it goes to small claims court!
Ikr like I wouldn’t want to be with someone so stupiddddd like he def had to know
I’m not allergic to anything, so health isn’t a risk, but I am a picky eater and still my partner knows 100% what foods I do and do not like.
Definitely like how tf you forget your longtime partner is allergic to tuna??? Wtf
First story: if you make a mistake and it damages someone's property, it's important to rectify it.
you should do an episode on “baby bandaids.” stories where people thought a baby would fix their relationship, or people baby trapped their partner, or lied about a pregnancy.
That would honestly be hard to listen to, because the kids are the victims of their parents’ bad decisions
I have a good story for that one lol
They did do a baby trapping episode *foreverrrr* ago (it was actually how I came across them. It was a clip they posted to tiktok about a mother-in-law poking holes in her son's condoms whiles he was at work and the wife was asleep). However, I do agree with this theme idea. The baby trapping episode was so long ago that they could definitely find enough material for a second one. Or maybe even give an update on the stories from that episode.
I read baby bandaids and thought of a meme of a guy putting a bandaid on his wrecked car like that'll fix it for sure.
@@blackroseinbloom i always think of the flex tape meme😂
Lauren’s joke about Brad Pitt hitting kids was actually spot on and she didn’t realize. His kids have admitted he put hands on them, so don’t feel bad, Lauren, you’re just psychic
Which kid? Maddox? Because I think he is the only one. And it's questionable.
@AzothDee all of the children have backed up his story.
Yeah and he abused Angelina. Hollywood has had a lot of celebrities push a narrative that Brad Pitt is a a good guy when he is really abuser.
@@AzothDeewhat’s your evidence to back it up being “questionable”?
@@AzothDeeit’s not questionable just cause you like Brad Pitt lol
Story 1: as soon as he asked her to wear a specific dress, I knew he was doing to spill on purpose to see her reaction to see if she’s “materialistic”.
I’m always SO SO HYPED for a Lauren Justin combo, the vibes are consistently immaculate
Same! The best combo ever 🙌🏻
Justin: Wait I haven’t done my job!
He immediately jumps up and gets Lauren a blanket. The greenest flag.
Yessss😍
Same if Lauren is going to NY one I am there. I love her lol
@@envymordecai4429 we need more Justins in this world 😭😭😭
47:52 Justin: “I wanna see the kid rolling down the hill” literally made me choke on my water. I’m dying 😂😂
I'm crying laughing right now because when Lauren asked Morgan if she knew anyone who would kick a child, me and Morgan both answered "Me." at the exact same time
No same 😭 that girl was 100% in the right. As someone with a dog, kids are so bad sometimes.
Lol sameeee
The disrespect to the wife and dude trying to justify it - red flags!
I agree with you. Yes her situation must suck but if you’re married (w/o kids) your spouse comes first!!! I’m sure this isn’t the first instance where the husband picks the best friend over his wife.
i called it immediately when he claimed “like a brother/sister” . they ALWAYS say that.
Its the constant disregard of his wife boundaries.
They read this story on here oh my god I can’t believe that’s the same guy
I remember that story! That’s insane that’s the same man. And the audacity to want another kid when you couldn’t man up to take care of the first.
The “best friend” who’s “like a sister” to him? 🙄

I feel like i just experienced a glitch in the matrix, posted 42 seconds ago?! This is the earliest ive been to anything in my life lol
Felt 😂😂
Dang. I didn't realise it was posted so recently.
I started watching at 42 minutes ago..wow. On Thursday I check on my way to work.
Hope it wasn't too hard lol at least you didn't knee her or push her off.
Bet she didn't bite you again though...she may be scared for life 😅
sorry this is so funny
My cousin would bite people when she was a kid and I mean REALLY BITE and wouldn’t stop.. so one day she did it to my grandma (and drew blood) so my grandma bit her back hard
My cousin screamed and cried but guess what? SHE NEVER BIT AGAIN!
My now deceased grandma did that to one of my cousins too... It was instincts but it was a hilarious tale for years about how Grandma Dolly slapped Taylor across the face, hard 🤣🤣🤣 She was the best Grandma tho
Little 🚩 I noticed in the 7th story (birthday, pregnancy, cheating) was the OP husband referring to his wife saying “when she was pregnant with HER baby” not “our baby”. Just that little word shows that he is separating himself from his wife and commitment to her and THEIR child.
Wait I think that was him referring to his best friend's pregnancy
He was referring to his best friends baby, not his wife
It took my now husband less than a month to remember that I'm allergic to strawberries when we started dating. He ordered me a cherry smoothie, he got it & thought it looked off so he tried it. He was right, it was strawberry. So he walked back in and got me a different one. I feel like allergies are something you don't (or at least shouldn't) forget about a partner. In some cases it's life or death...
Fish allergies are severe and can lead to death, it’s not like getting a stomach ache or a rash, and even that is not a walk in the park.
Warren and Melissa (story 7) two absolutely disgusting people & i hope all the best to the ex wife 😭
To be dating 3 yrs and not remember ONE allergy, yeah he was definitely thinking of himself.
story 4: so would he have rather his dog been attacked? also those parents are raising a monster that doesn’t understand being told no.
Story 5: The fiance post it online, someone found it and send it to her parents. She need to go to the police because it's worse than she think
Story 4 -- she's a great mom-material. She INJURED HERSELF to protect the dog. Kid is lucky he only got a sprain after STABBING SOMEONE.
He assured her and all that… it’s his fault
The allergy story is pretty ridiculous, she’s not upset about the sandwich, she’s upset he forgot her allergy, that’s actually a really big deal especially if there’s anaphylaxis
“I wanna see the kid rolling down the hill” 😂😂
After OP found out from a neighbor and kicked him out, she got her daughter assessed at the doctor and they said she was showing signs of neglect.
that is so terrifying !!!
As a tjmaxx/homegoods employee. I know the EXACT toy Lauren is talking about. It’s become such a problem at our store we literally moved them to above children’s eye and reach level..
No way!!!!
Would like to shout you guys out because your episode on dread game actually helped me to get out of an awful relationship with a manipulative, mentally and emotionally abusive, and emotionally immature person. Reading about dread game helped me to realize what was going on. I’m so much happier now!
I hope and pray you are doing great still and having a wonderful life 🧡
Story 7 at first had me like: This is why we need to raise boys and girls to not necessarily see them as potentially romantic and just actually friends.
Where is the baby daddy?"
Speaking as someone with a lot of guy friends, there are boundaries I'd never cross with them and i wouldn't want *any* of them near my downstairs regardless of whether or not I'm pushing a human out.
It happened once with one of his female friendships, she was saying weird flirty stuff suddenly, he immediately respected my feelings and believed me 🤷🏻♀️
We still see her in group settings, it's really easy to respect your relationship and put your partner first...
Allergens are KEY DETAILS TO REMEMBER
Also, my fiancee and i are parents. We would NEVER let our children leave our sight, or go somewhere without our supervision. Were responsible for lur kids and their behavior, as it reflects on how were raising them. It is NEVER ok tonpester dogs. My kids know:
1. ask the dog owner to pet the dog, not me
Then our relationship is over.
me screaming “SHUT UP. NO, STOP” every time Justin says ✨moist✨
😂😂
I fell asleep listening to an episode of THT with my daughter laying next to me - I wake up and there is a new one! What a treat
Well I hope you find your original daughter but congratulations on the new one!! 😉
this comment has me laughing so hard lol@@TheEnthusiasticHobo
@@HannahBaker-vz3pm hahaha I’m glad you got a good laugh out of it! We all need that sometimes 😊
I am so sorry for your loss. I pray you find the strength you need during this time 🙏🏽
I am so sorry for your loss😔
I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my oldest brother so I understand your pain. May God give you the peace and strength you need
Story 7- when you know you know that’s all I’m gonna say! Ladies trust your gut every time!
First story begins at 5:32 ❤
❤
Bless you my child
thank you ❤
🎉❤
As a northern English person, Greggs (and the fact he didn’t know her order) being mentioned on two hot takes is so so funny
@@popsssssoi I love the tuna crunch! 😂
@@popsssss it really does like tuna crunch? Like objectively there’s nothing wrong with it but what’s right with it? And as your favourite your go to I’d never show my face in a greggs again
Story 4 is making me so mad!!! I have been sexually attacked by a kid that age as an 18 year old girl. what a bad boyfriend
The kid tumbling down the hill had me crying laughing
Hope his name was Jack.
Burn all of her bridges! Now she’s is taken down a marriage! Yet at the end the wife is still the jealous bitter ex. Now he’s living with the girl he told his wife don’t worry about.
@@Emjay.ddid you not finish the story
We need a childfree episode! The things people say to you when you don’t have kids is WILD
I always get so giddy when I see a new upload with this trio, best vibes and talks between the three of you guys. Love!
the title reminds me of a saying my mom loves. “you’re too stupid to realize you SHOULD be embarrassed right now” lmaooo
Story 3 : You don't play with allergies, he should have it always in the back of his mind. Some reactions are fatal. Shes definitely NTA here.
Yeah! Lauren is back! Second-hand embarrassment is very overwhelming , so much that I have to hide my face or even fast forward or cover my ears. It is just too much.
I’d pause the video too to handle what’s happening bc I can’t
about the kid in the store story,
i work at a store that sells kids toys, but for security reasons there's a sign saying that all the toys in the window can not be touch and people have the same ones inside.
“She attacked a child”… that child sounds evil lmao
I would’ve kicked that kid too lmao
Agree
"After you read that title is there anyone you can think of that would kick a child?" Morgan, no hesitation: "me."
Justin keeps trying to push “moist January” and I’m here for it. Love it, y’all are hysterical.
Lauren is all but hitting Morgan with the “you gon tell me who alls gon be there or I won’t be” 😂😂😂
Then Justin with the “where are we eating?!?” I’m so weak
ugh story three is reminding me of my last break up where my alcoholic ex forgot i was deaf in my right ear and tried to talk to me on my right side. we had known each other for almost three years..
42:15 a ball pump is like a needle 😂 shit hurts
I go into cleaning mode SO fast when a new THT episode drops 😂🔥 love you guys so much thankyou for all the hard work you put in to make these episodes amazing for us 🫶🏽❤️
Same.
Me: *opens a bag of chips and settles down*
Lauren: POOP
That's definitely a record on this show, but I should know by now 😂
Right?!?!? I was having lunch, but I wasn’t expecting that so soon into the video
Hahaha love it❤
😂😂😂😂 need to go to school for these sayings
I always love seeing Justin and Morgan’s relationship and how he is with Lauren is so sweet
Most people who film these types of videos rarely keep it to themselves. In my bones I feel like he shared the videos with the wrong person/people.
Justins take on the first story in the beginning felt weird to me idk why. The “what ifs “ felt unnecessary
Story 8: Refund at least some if the money, but take it from the photographer's paycheck. Basically, make the 2nd photographer pay for the refund.
Also when flying, count how many seats between you and the exit, in case the cabin lights go out you can count your way to the door
The GF who kicked the kid story was deleted on Reddit 😭 I don’t think he liked the responses he got
