      Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got excellent results with it.

      This is glorious, I've been looking for "mihaly csikszentmihalyi pronunciation" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fiylianaton Glorious Framework - (search on google ) ? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to hack your flow state and succeed minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

    I reached Flow by doing fast reflex things like video games or catching things in unpredictable situations. We played a school football tornament and everyone including me considered myself as mediocre. Then suddenly i felt like Ronadinho entered my body. Surroundings became vague, you didnt care about the others and just focused on the ball. I scored goals every minute with shooting techniques i only knew from movies. I didnt even aim at the goal because in Flow state your instinct tells you where the most critical situation is. We won the tornament and the football club players even invited me to play with them. Best moment in my life regarding sports.

      He's not talking about magic, he's talking about a skilled athlete (one who practices and whose skills come as instinctual as a result) who may think too much and it affect their performance.

    You can also trigger flow state when entering the realm of the runners high. That means non stop movement and dynamics on the pitch

    I reached flow state when I was in primary school during Inter school athletics tournament, That day I won gold on 100 meter, 200 meter, High Jump, Long Jump, 4× 100 relay...I activated ultra instinct and entered into the speedforce without even noticing anything that is happening in that moment, almost as if I had tunnel vision on each event I participated in.

  • @wingiechunie3127
    @wingiechunie3127 3 роки тому +6

    Yep. I can trigger flow in command for about 10 seconds. Although mental preparation is needed while I'm in the game so it's pretty hard to execute.

    Outstanding summary of these highly complex subjects. Would recommend you include some video of female athletes, and non-sports high performers. Pilots, Firefighters, Acrobats, etc. Keep up the great work. What's next??

    • @masteryblueprint_
      @masteryblueprint_  5 років тому +4

      Thanks, David! I definitely would like to do that, that's actually something that I struggle with when making videos. The main reason you don't see female athletes right now is because over 90% of my viewers are male, so I have to cater to my audience as best I can to increase the ranking of my videos on the UA-cam algorithm. Unfortunately, I will have to do this until the channel has grown bigger. There will also be videos on non-sport high performers in the future, but the issue again is that in order to grow on UA-cam, it is recommended to start with a niche (sports, in my case) and then expand as the channel grows. Next video is about the science of meditation, I hope to have that out within the next month!

    So I play basketball and I’m skilled at it. I get into flow way too many times by accident than on purpose. Whenever I keep missing, I focus more on what I’m doing and what I could do better, which is how I get into the flow. I also use my anger as an advantage which is my most effective way to get into flow. I hope this helps in a way.

      I think what you were experiencing was a complete detachment from the outcome, which is another very big part of experiencing flow state. You probably knew that there was no way you could beat the person because of their skill level, so you just let go of worrying about the outcome, and just lived in the moment, giving your best.

    Hello I need some help, This "ZONE" well previously I had only encountered in, in things such as maths or science class in school however I joined sports clubs and never experienced it there however when lockdown came, I couldn't play and so when I was walking to shops not thinking about anything I would randomly get a vision of myself and my teammates in a game with another team.... everything was quiet and I didn't think I just did and it wouldn't just happen once it would happen like 2-3 times daily and it would switch from basketball to volleyball and back could see all my own and teammates movements and it wasn't previous games or old memories it was new things or situations we haven't been in is this be a deeper state of the "ZONE" or is it something else or is that just it? please help me.

      HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE.
      ... Took me until my adulthood to realize it was a 'thing'. That not everyone experiences 'it'. Or at least put a few words or names to the experience.
      Been happening since I was a kid. Can recall the first time it happened, and everytime since. One of the ways I know its happened is that I can't forget it, it's memorable. But I have no control over it , no attachment. It just is. Understood it somewhat as being 'in the zone' - What I heard sports men and women say. But they never really could explain the experience explicitly.
      Like I said it took me until adulthood, when I learned about Taoism and Zen Buddhism, then it started to make sense (Raised Christian Protestant- United Church, with a bit of Catholicism in PNG✝️🇵🇬 🙂).
      Took me a while after that before I told anyone. I had words to describe it now as an adult. Told my family first, not to brag or anything. Just to let them know I have words to explain this experience that I didn't know was a 'thing'. But apparently it is. It's hard finding people who have experienced it. My family understands but I can tell when we converse, they've never experienced it. Because 'it just is', free from attachment, like an out of body experience, a 'oneness' in the pluralistic sense, a 'wholeness'.
      Words I use now to describe the experience:
      1. In the Zone.
      2. The Tao- the name that cannot be named, that is all and one in the same.
      3. Flow State.
      Comes with an awareness now in my adulthood. I'm 'made aware' of things around me and I have no control over it. (Is how I explained it to my family.) Manifests itself more often as an intuition of danger around me and others. Like I said there's no on or off button it just happens, it just is. I just know from experience what situations it's likely to happen.
      Once again, hope this helps someone.
      Good Health and Blessings.
      🙏🏾✝️🕎✡️☪️☮️☯️

    • @Saf_Shares
      @Saf_Shares Рік тому

      I now also use:
      1. Mushin
      2. No 'mindedness'.
      3. "I do not hit, it hits by itself"... Maybe for my instance I'll say, "I do not play, it plays by itself".
      Once again, Good Health and Blessings.
      🙏🏾✝️🕎✡️☪️☮️☯️

      It doesn’t happen super often. I’ve been playing as a lacrosse goalie for 8 years, and I’ve only entered the zone 6 times. I’ve played dozens upon dozens of games and only 6 of those games I ended up in the zone. What I believe is helpful in achieving it more often is just training your skills and getting faster/more precise while you’re not in the zone. The better you get outside of it, the better you’ll be once you’re in that flow state.
