Sorry for the weird 2am post and then take-down, but don't worry, the video is back and still sexier than ever. Unfortunately all of the comments that were there were also deleted, before I got to read them! So if you commented and really wanted a response, just re-comment and we can pretend it's okay.
OKAY okay so jokes aside, this routine I started doing before each session (more or less) seriously gets all the credit for how my arms grew like, x2. I've always had trouble putting on muscle, but with consistency (aka having that warm-up routine become second nature) I really feel it has helped SO MUCH WITH MY POWER. Especially while on the road, its nice to have a workout plan that you can do practically anywhere, really efficiently before heading out to the crag (and before you're too tired and unmotivated to train after being outside all day!)

I tried all the upper body ones to warm up before an upper body strength session, and loved it! You mentioned your technique is off in some of the moves. Now that you've done the video with Hooper, would you consider re-filming your warm-up routine with what you learned from him? :)
Totally!!! Its so helpful getting to work with people who know a bit more about the training game and tweak my workouts to be more efficient for climbing. Dips is a clear one that I’ve now eliminated haha
I'm definitely not at your level yet, but this warm up would be a good work out for me. Great job.

If you’ve struggled with shoulder stuff recently I’ve had great success with open can rotator cuff exercises 😄

Ahh man, tried the non-hanging part of the warm up. And gosh, the figure of 8 is tricky It takes so much concentration particularly when you go the other way! And the jump squat bounces are harder than I remembered!!
Figure 8s are so good once you get the hang of it, really working the whole range of motion.
And omg the squats...THEY HURT! I swear they haven’t gotten easier 😂🍑 but(t) I’m trying to amp up my leg power so very necessary

I can see this all being reasonable outside except for the hangboard portion. I assume you just have yours mounted in your van?
My warm up routine is like...the first 2 minutes of this video. "I'm warming up on the wall!" is definitely something we say a lot in this house.
(Seriously, I need to step up my game.)
