I do not take any supplements. The bioavailability of supplements is very poor, therefore I choose to eat mindfully to obtain my nutrients from my diet. I incorporate several perhaps unconventional foods (such as cod liver and grass fed beef liver) into my diet, for example, to meet my requirements. These particular foods are extremely dense in Vitamins A & D, and only a small amount is needed to supply the body with its needs. (I'm giving the example for Vitamins A & D specifically here, but I do this with my nutrients in general, choosing foods consciously so I know I'm consuming a vitamin and mineral rich diet.)
Thank you for the video Jennifer 😊! I'm interested in that lotion with lactic acid, definitely will try it. Less mean more, I love minimalistic routines! I use dove or olay soap then depends if I need to moisturize my body Im using coconut oil (maybe twice a week) and homemade deo which I found better than those I bought before from the store.
Hi Jennifer, loved this video. Dove used to make very creamy soap bars and now I don't see them anywhere. How I miss them. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, being a Dove soap lover. Have you ever come across them?
I used to do that, actually. Vaseline or Aquaphor. I used to habitually dab it all around my eye area (lids as well as under and around the temple region). That was before I started using castor oil on my eye area. I love both. I am a fan of Vaseline and other petroleum-based products. I know now everybody is, but they have always served my so well, so I cannot bad mouth them.
You should consider getting your vitamin D levels checked at the doctor's to see if you're deficient :) Turned out I was and now I take a supplement. For some people it's really difficult to get enough vit D from the sun alone.

I absolutely love your videos!
I feel so honored to be someone's--your!!--favorite, oh my!
I like your insights in everything! Thank you!
How often will you do the glove body exfoliating? Will you do glove exfoliating and then use the amlactin chemical exfoliater together? Or do you do all of these on different days?
You are really beautiful man. Just love your simplicity and face . Please always be real with what you put on UA-cam coz I always will be following you
Jennifer, please share what shampoo(s) and Conditioner(s) you use. Thank you!
I have a video here: ua-cam.com/video/RQ923NCzsVU/v-deo.html where I explain. I use Suave!!
Jennifer Myers thank you very much-do you know how it does with a sensitive scalp?
Yet another great video Ms. Myers. Thank you very much for sharing the products you use. I love to hear about new products and do my own research of what would best suit me. Stay well & healthy.
Jennifer---I have just found your videos....WOW..... you are so darn sweet and soft spoken, I wish I had a daughter like you.... GOD BLESS YOU....thanks for sharing....
I feel comfortable when I listen to you. Thank you for your useful information.
Thanks for sharing ❤️ Recently started using Amlactin, the original green pkg after you mentioned it, and I like it a lot. Simplicity is good, but I find myself adding more actives such as peptide, niacinamide, antioxidants, serums...on my face as I get older (in my early 50’s) ㅠㅠ
Btw, have you tried Vanicream gentle facial cleanser? My new favorite ! I think you’ll like it 🥰
When you feel well enough, would you do a video on your hair products? Thank you! You are a precious, precious person, Jen. Please take care and get well soon! Many blessings! ~ Robin
Ty for the smiles 🤗
I will also start gloves now onwards ty
gloves are a must! They will preserve the skin of your hands which do so much for us.
Thank you very much for this video, it was very informative.
That would be amazing if you would do a video regarding the food that you eat. I don't know how often I should eat eggs, meat or oily fish in a week, and I would gladly hear your advice on that topic.
It would also be great to have a yoga video or stretching video. With the situation we are facing and after 2 weeks of confinement, I can feel my stress levels going up...
I hope you and your loved ones are doing ok.
Whatever you said ,I agree with you... hundred percent....u r my inspiration...my beautiful doll.
Hi Jennifer, I adore watching your lovely and helpful videos since I first discovered your channel.
If I may ask, is there a reason why you did not include topical vitamin c or any other antioxidants in your skincare routine?
Thank you, and here's to our wonderful health, both inside and out.
Yes finally...love you Jen❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for being patient with me
Thanks for some good skin care tips.
I like when you go on and on, the information you are sharing is very important and interesting.
Dove & gloves - me too! Since forever 😁👍

I really love your videos! I especially loved your videos on Tretinoin...So great hearing from someone with so much experience with it! Your skin certainly looks incredible! I also love your Bowie T and have seen it in another video!...can to share where you got it?
Love your video.... Keep shining n giving sunshine to others.... Love n be safe...
Be well and safe, jiha.
Also, please share about the supplements that you intake on a regular basis. A lot of people take multivitamin and collagen, is that really helpful.
Not saying you are boring but your voice is so soothing. I feel like I can listen to you and fall asleep Zzzz
Thank you so much for another really helpful video x
You're welcome, Jessica. I'm glad you found it helpful!
Hi Jennifer, loved this video. Dove used to make very creamy soap bars and now I don't see them anywhere. How I miss them. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, being a Dove soap lover. Have you ever come across them?
Thank you so much. I am so appreciative of what you have shared with us.😄
Listening to you is so relaxing, I get calm immediately. 😌 Btw have you any experience with applying vaseline around the eye area?
I used to do that, actually. Vaseline or Aquaphor. I used to habitually dab it all around my eye area (lids as well as under and around the temple region). That was before I started using castor oil on my eye area. I love both. I am a fan of Vaseline and other petroleum-based products. I know now everybody is, but they have always served my so well, so I cannot bad mouth them.
Did you ever use vitimin e oil for for skin ,hair or lashes? If yes . How was the experience. I am waiting for your reply.
You should consider getting your vitamin D levels checked at the doctor's to see if you're deficient :) Turned out I was and now I take a supplement. For some people it's really difficult to get enough vit D from the sun alone.

@@JenniferMyers Aaa okay. We take a spoonful of cod liver oil a day in Norway during the winter for vit D, so that makes sense. So many people don't eat fatty fish anymore, so I was just a little worried ^_^
Jennifer Myers
