Would you please consider making a full day in my life vlog type of content? Including your day to day diet, yoga practice, meditation, nutrition, sleep hygiene tips and all of your self care rituals ??
Yes, please do a “grocery haul,” (what I buy in the Supermarket) and also “what I eat in a day ,” video. Also, what skin products (serum, oil, cream, facials) you use on a Daily basis (Skin care video). We will so appreciate it very much because you have absolutely BEAUTIFUL SKIN.
Beef liver and sardines. I've been doing that because of how my grandma brought us up. She's 99 years old with sharp memory and good health. Whenever I forget to eat sardines and liver I notice my brain not performing amazingly well. I'm 41 and am always told I look 31. I love this channel because she's just telling it how it is: if you want good skin, it starts inside, and keep it simple.
i love how honest you are and you're not trying to sell us anything. you are probably the most genuine skincare influencer on this platform. also you look 20 something
Pharmacist here, I couldn't agree with you more on supplements!! Whole food sources are ideal for healthy individuals who are able to eat a normal diet!! You listed so many great examples, thank you sooo much for making this video Everyone wants a quick fix, but just like everything in life, good and beautiful things take time and work! A good diet will bless a person in many ways more than one!
Everyone wants a quick fix, indeed. If only it were that simple! It's never that simple. The important things in life don't happen easily, nor do they come overnight. Patience and consistency are required...and many people just want to stick their fingers in their ears as soon as they hear that personal work is involved lol. I get it! I'm not saying simple things are easy. But they certainly are worth it!
this woman KNOWS the pro-metabolic ways! thanks for speaking on these topics, as they are not widely spoken about in the skincare community! blessings to you
I started using Tretinoin 4 months ago after watching your videos and I see a huge difference in my skin texture I'm only 21 so I haven't started developing wrinkles but my pores look better and my acne scars are reducing....Last week I started using castor oil for my under eyes too..... Thank you so much for sharing these tips 💗
Also can you please tell me a substitute for beef liver? I'm follow Sanatana Dharma and according to that we believe cows to be The Mother so we worship her and I can't consume her .
Hair is genetic. The products are important. I have thin, fine hair and no cheap sulfate shampoo will help my hair. Once I use Redken and Biolage it helps my hair immediately. You are lucky, gorgeous, and I love your channel. I do agree getting vitamins from food sources. 100000%
I agree. She is blessed with thick, luscious hair naturally. Like you, I have fine hair, but a lot of it. I can't not use conditioner as I will then struggle with static. I can use drugstore hair care as it works just fine for me. We're all different. Take care.
Read "Medical Medium" books by Anthony Willams and look into "Hair Growth lab" by Sarah but don't follow her recommendations to eat a lot of protein. This will damage your liver but all her other recommendations are great especially product recommendations after individual hair assessment. She even teaches you how to make shampoo. You can get the supplements from Vimergy.
A shining and beautiful example of someone who was dealt a good hand genetically but has looked after herself diligently inside and out. Just gorgeous 😍
Jennifer I aspire so much to be like you. One of a kind, not afraid to be herself and confident, someone who really does her own thing. That's how I want to be too.

This is so true Jennifer, Diet actually makes every thing of us. i've been eating real food for almost always, only some rare times i go out for food, only REAL food, stress free life and exercise is everything you'll want for perfect hair, skin, overall health. I wanna share something with u if it interests you... :) When i first went to the college, all of my new friends were saying what do u do to your skin, hair, there's a different glow, its beautiful, i really had no answer because i used to do literally nothing, i not even put sunscreen so religiously back then, i washed my face with water only haha, but then over years when i saw people always eating junk food, processed food, packaged and fast food, i realized that what i've been doing to my skin and hair and body is eating fresh and real food, always eating green leaves, never skipped a single meal with green leaves actually, i didn;t even realize how mom had raised me making me have all the best nutrient rich diet every day, because it was our lifestyle, our way of life. Not everyone used to love real nutritious food. seriously some friends used to be so surprised and amazed of me having so much of green leaves, spinach, that they would ask me " please show me by eating those greens once" its so difficult for them because they weren't used to that !!
I know you’re not into supplements, however, during Covid my son and I increased our Vit A, Vit D and Zinc (along with other vitamins) and his acne literally went away. He’s had the least amount of breakouts, no special creams, just his supplements. We also haven’t been sick and he was exposed to Covid three times. A healthy diet and a strong immune system is everything!!
Thanks so much. It isn't even that I'm not into them, to be honest...I just don't take them...but I'm definitely open-minded about it (and most everything). Thank you so much for the recommendation and for sharing that. I do take a Vitamin D3 daily. Thanks again.
It’s the vitamin A retinol or Trent is vitamin A. My cousins doctor has her on a vitamin A supplement for her skin instead of having her take the harsher prescription one. However you need labs to monitor the vitamin A intake orally as it can be dangerous.
Vitamins are synthetic made and can have toxic compounds. You should feed your son natural foods with these vitamins which are animal foods. Especially liver.
I can't thank you enough dear.... You took my video request and made a video out of it.. Genuine tips and tricks which you gave to us it's really helpful to us . Thank you
Beef liver is labeld as most nutrition food on planet...i start to ate almost only animal products and still cant believe how much younger i look, and feel healrhier☺love ur videos...
I'm 23 and I've been watching your videos for the past year (at least). You motivate me so much. You're so intelligent and articulated. And your discipline is admirable! Greetings from Russia!
Your hair is absolutely beautiful. My hair is finally growing because I am eating a healthier diet and I am leaving it alone. I’m not bleaching it or doing any harsh treatments. Only wash and condition. I love your videos, always so informative. Thank you for sharing ❤
I remember talking to a Chinese lady in a sauna and I said this is very moisturizing for the skin she said not really she said moisturization comes from within
1. If you dont like the taste of liver, freeze it in little pieces and then swallow them with water 2. For hair growth you can also apply castor oil to the root of your hair and massage it in, I do this 2x a month 3. Remember that hair also heavily depends on your dna-mix, I was lucky enough to get my dads thick, dark hair, while my mom is already white and her hair is very thin (they both eat the same diet)
Is there anything you can recommend for pescatarians who can’t eat organ meat? Is there anything else I can substitute this with or is that the only option other than supplements?
This is such a vital video you gave us. Just like to thank you everything you said make sence and look forward watching more of you videos. Love your personality too.
Just stumbled on your channel and love you energy and class honestly. So rare on UA-cam as love your simple holistic approach in lifestyle same as I live as well. Quality food and nutrients can heal literally anything combined with the endless benefits of fasting I have loved for years as well! 💕
My uncle's mom and brothers died young, of colon cancer. He alone had oatmeal every single day. His exam after age 60 was "baby-clean," according to his doctor. So yeah, genes play a role, but you can change a lot of it.
I guess only having good genes wont help, its the environment, stress factor, food quality and our mindset that deteriotes or improves our health and quality of life.Even if one has good genes they have to be persevere to keep it going by having a good healthy lifestyle.
i eat salmon (contains niacin) and avocado everyday, I think that contributes to my good skin and hair it is glowing compared to my twin sister who does not eat these foods too often.
Omg, your video popped into my subscription box just as I was looking up solutions for my chronic scalp psoriasis. The hair loss from it is making me miserable, and I’ve tried everything from various dermatologists to veganism. I will implement what you’ve outlined here and see if there is any improvement. Thanks so much for sharing. Fingers crossed!
shes underestimating genes though. and i get why, because we cant control them and shes trying to empower us with the things we Can do. But I, for example, have such good teeth genes that I only have to brush once a day, eat a ton of refined sugar, and Ive never had a cavity and the dentist is always shocked at how clean my smile is. People are just blessed in certain ways and its not fair.
The thing is we're naming it "blessed" because of the beauty standards. Not because they are actually something to be proud of most of the time. Obviously, when it's health, it might be different, such as teeth. You're just like that, that's it.
Genes play a role; absolutely they do. However, the density and overall quality of my hair in particular (though my skin has also improved) has improved to such a noticeable degree since I’ve amended my diet-I had to speak on it. The change has been so profound. I used to suffer from horrendous scalp psoriasis for years. It bled and was painful and exhausting to manage; chronic. Through dietary changes, I’ve been able to completely eradicate that, as well as add thickness and fullness that reminds me of when I was 15. It’s just incredible what nutrients can do to the body.
@@JenniferMyers I like when you speak thats why Im subscribed. But if you genetically have thin hair you will for the rest of your life. The fact that you had good hair at 15 means it was your genetics that gave you good hair and then your optimal diet got rid of the disease but if your base genetics was bad hair even at 15 then there would be no way forward. You should still eat and care for yourself optimally even if you have bad genes or else it'll get even worse plus everyone deserves self love but Im just saying genes play a larger role than you acknowledged.
I just knew you'd say beef liver! My husband soaks it in vinegar water and it really helps make it more palatable for me. I also don't supplement except d3 in the winter. Also also I'm not big on oysters but I'll eat it like I'm downing medicine with some sriracha haha. Otherwise everything is food first. The past year and a half I have seen such a connection to what I eat and my skin and health it's such a milestone to know I have a lot of control over it.
Hey Jennifer. Could you do a video on why you changed from years on a plant based diet. How it felt when you first made the change and the differences you feel now.
Yes but we want to hear. I’ve been vegan for 6 years and recently started eating eggs. It was a real transition for me mentally and I want to hear Jennifer’s take.
Jenni please keep on uploading 🥺 I absolutely love love love watching you 🥺 I've started doing everything correct after watching you..u r such a gem 🥺♥️♥️♥️
This is awesome, thank you for taking the time to share! Could you please share the link to products you showed? And, where do you buy beef liver? That will make my life very easy
Hey Jen! just wanted to let you know that you're the first person who introduced me to tret years ago and i've finally started using .025 tret 2 months ago..i know its early still but wheneverr i shave my face,,it feels ultra smooth and glowy..thank you ..i am gonna be 30 next month and i'll never stop using it..and hopefully i'll look as good as you one day haha.lysm bestie!!
Would you consider doing some cooking videos? I wouldn’t know where to start when it comes to preparing/cooking a meal with something like beef liver, I’d love to see how you incorporate these foods in your diet ❤️
The trick with cooking liver that you must NOT add salt to it until it is fully cooked or else it gets stiff like rubber. It is easy to cook takes only a mere minute. Be careful as it is very watery so it will splash the oil everywhere if not dry when you start cooking it. Also prick it with a fork when done to make sure it cooked through. The key is to cut/slice it thin (1/2 slices or 3/4 inch thick cubes). You can mix herbs and spices into flour (allspice, marjoram or oregano) coat the slices and fry them in shallow butter or oil for not more than a minute on each side. Perfect without a side dish. You can also fry some chopped shallots or onions or garlic (in this case you sauté 3-4 cloves chopped or sliced for 10 seconds without a lid on some oil and then add the liver cubes and fry them constantly stirring them until both onions and liver cubes are brown. When done you can add a few table spoon of water and some green herbs of the above or chopped parsley or coriander leaves +chilli flakes, cover it with a lid and let the steam derive the essential oils from the herbs. You can serve this with potato in any form (mash, fries/chips, boiled), steamed rice, barley or burghul which will give you a nice middle eastern style pilav. Or you can cut them into fries/chips size strips and fry them on sauted onions cut in semi circles. For a beef slice size of your palm you can add 1/2 a teaspoon of ground caraway seeds, a level tablespoon of paprika powder and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and after one minute of frying add a glass of water and cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes. This is how we make it in Hungary. You can throw a couple of chopped tomatoes or fresh peppers into it and use hot paprika or whole chillies and serve it with any of the above side dishes. And there are the patés... :p
The most important thing is whether or not one believes in what they’re consuming & if they enjoy it. Plastic surgeon, Dr. Nayak has spoken at length about the fact that eating collagen does not increase collagen production in humans any more than eating kidney beans does. It all gets broken down into amino acids and transferred into the body in the same way. And in fact, fiber filled amino acids breakdown into usable amino acids faster than meat. Bone broth may feel nourishing because it is homemade and warm, and, it is no healthier than a colorful quinoa and vegetable soup. Quinoa is full of amino acids that truly give the body a spectrum of vitamins and minerals needed to nourish & restore. Make of that what you will, it helped me to understand amino acids and collagen production from a scientific level. Also to understand that protein raises insulin, imagine that. I hope this frees someone from feeling like they need animal products to be beautiful & have rich skin and hair. Take care.
I'm the same exact age as you. I can't believe you use V05 without conditioner and your hair is perfect. My hair is a hot mess unless I use tons of conditioner. I don't know whether to start raging or start crying. Haha.
Everyone has different hair texture. I've played around with "curly girl" "no poo" but my happy place is shampoo/condition 2-3x a week that contain silicones but no sulfates b/c I have hard water. On occasion I use a clarifying shampoo to remove buildup, and a pre shampoo hair mask. That works for me but my hair is super thick, dense, curly, course.
Hi ! Jennifer hope you are doing fine and you look amazing as always💜 You inspired me to use tretinoin n i must say it was best decision that i shifted from pricy retinol serums to medical grade 0.05% tretinoin simplifying my skincare routine to just cleansing , vitamin A and mosturiser at night and cleansing , mosturiser and tons of sunscreen in morning ! And it has changed my skin in just 6 months it has suited me the best !
Directly going for a niacin supplement order because, yuck, beef liver. But again, thank you for always being so inspirational! I've incorporated a lot of life style changes the past months after watching your videos, they are a constant source of new energy and purposefulness in "project life."
Vegetarian sources include avocado, peanuts, whole grains, mushrooms, green peas and potatoes; also fortified breakfast cereals and refined grain products. From that list, I love avocado and mushroom myself!
I feel like I can trust you better because you're elder to me and you've a lot more experience than a lot other OG youtubers. Please never stop being honest. ❤️
yay!!! this video could not have come at a better time for me bc I've been experiencing quite a lot of hair loss/shedding recently :') so excited to try these tips out!!
@@cg4274 Hi! So my case was slightly different in the sense that it turns out I was having severe scalp issues (seb derm & folliculitis) so the inflammation and scratching mainly was causing my hair loss. Even though psoriasis is different, I still found it similar enough to my symptoms so I'm thinking of following Jennifer's diet and tips to both curb the issue and to re-grow out my hair. I was following them before but I think I'll have more success now that I've gotten treatment. Are you experiencing hair loss as well?
I am so happy I found this channel. I am an introvert too, and I struggle with finding my inner peace. I will for sure find so much inspiration and help in this channell, than you Jennifer for creating the videos. I'll have days of binge watching ahead of me to see them all, and I really look forward to it. I live every video in this channell. No, I LOVE them!! Thank you Jennifer. What a beautiful human being you are, inside and out.
I love your philosophy and I also try to apply it in my life, although I do consume some supplements and even some drugs in an attempt to "biohack" my body. I think you have genetics on your side indeed, but as you said it's not everything... I'm 40 now, and have about 25% of my hair turned gray, especially on the the sides, I don't mind it but I think I got to delay it a bit with diet and supplements (by the way, no wrinkles yet, thanks tretinoin since 35 years old)... I also (I think because of you) incorporated beef liver to my diet, I consume about 30g a day cooked in a vegetable soup I make for dinner everyday, it's enough to get the daily recommended vitamin A, that I swear by and think it's as important as vitamin D actually, or even more... By the way, studies show that liver consumption increases our serum levels of all-trans-retinoic-acid, which is actually tretinoin which we apply topically, and that will have an effect on our whole body, not only on our faces... I'm not trying to lecture you, sorry, it's just that I like sharing information, and I also learn a lot from you... I think you forget to talk about copper, beef liver is the highest source of cooper, which is also as good as zinc for hair and skin - we cannot make collagen and elastin without copper -, and also an antioxidant... Cheers.
Thank you for this video and your insight. I appreciate the fact that you don't use or recommend high priced products on your hair, very refreshing. Although, I can't bring myself to eat organ meat... :)
Hi Jennifer, greetings from Romania!! 🤗 I think you are gorgeous!! I have a question if you could help me with. Regarding forehead wrinkles, as expression wrinkles (38 years) did you found a way to stop wrinkle your forehead? It seems your so self-conscious regarding your face expressions? Thank you so much! You are great!!
Hello Jennifer! I am so happy to see you back making these videos again!! If you get a chance can you speak on how to focus and be disciplined in life. I have a problem with overthinking a lot and bcuz of that I have hard time focusing on tasks and work. I think too much and do little, ultimately resulting in procrastination and lack of discipline. And then I get anxiety and rush things last minute. I have a horrible feeling doing this and I know this is bad, but how do I change this habit? It will be very useful to me if you can share your wisdom on that! Thank you!!! 😊❤️❤️
You have such beautiful hair! I love that you are back with your wonderful videos. Could you do some more videos on your daily diet and routines. Please ❤️
You look AMAZING! By watching your videos I've decided to start using tretinoin and I've been using it for over a year now. Everyone I meet compliments me about my skin, no one says I'm 30, people usually give me 25. Some say I look 23. Of course there's a lot of genetics involved, but I definitely believe that all the minor tweaks tretinoin made to my skin, such as evening the tone, correcting surface issues and reducing pores has improved me looks SO MUCH! I look at the mirror and it's almost surreal how many of the things I didn't like about my skin are now gone and it's so satisfying to feel good about it!
She's the perfect introvert. Doing things her own way

Thank you for the most wholesome advices! You are the true definition of we are what we eat, and you are glowing from inside ❤️
Extremely true.
@@nfvjgrofgjvoldlkgvlo Look at the last sentence in your og comment. "People are just blessed in certain ways and its not fair."
Girl I wish you posted more and shared your life and knowledge with us🥺
I just knew you'd say beef liver!
Glad you are back
Jenni please keep on uploading 🥺
I absolutely love love love watching you 🥺
I've started doing everything correct after watching you..u r such a gem 🥺♥️♥️♥️
Another question, do you use dry shampoo on your hair sometimes? If yes, what products do you use? If not, could you please share the reasons?
Do you have any recipes for beef liver, I wanna start and am not a fan, maybe some nice korean recipe? 😊 i love korean food. 😊

@@JenniferMyers hi jenni can you please tell me what shampoo you use before when you had scalp psoriasis? Please
Hi Jennifer Good Video you look great your skin and hair look very healthy Take Care !!!
You look great, ignore the haters!
Hi ! Jennifer hope you are doing fine and you look amazing as always💜
You inspired me to use tretinoin n i must say it was best decision that i shifted from pricy retinol serums to medical grade 0.05% tretinoin simplifying my skincare routine to just cleansing , vitamin A and mosturiser at night and cleansing , mosturiser and tons of sunscreen in morning ! And it has changed my skin in just 6 months it has suited me the best !
Good! Keep at it!!!
Directly going for a niacin supplement order because, yuck, beef liver. But again, thank you for always being so inspirational! I've incorporated a lot of life style changes the past months after watching your videos, they are a constant source of new energy and purposefulness in "project life."
Hello please tell any vegetarian alternative for niacin
Cashews and pumpkin seeds, but you have to eat a lot per day.
@@amynicole_3331 thank you
There are like 20 vegetarian sources of niacin. Just goggle it.
@@mave143 yes but they are not as rich as liver meat
Vegetarian sources include avocado, peanuts, whole grains, mushrooms, green peas and potatoes; also fortified breakfast cereals and refined grain products. From that list, I love avocado and mushroom myself!
Can you do more what I eat videos?
so this is probably a lot to ask but could you do a what I eat in a month video?
Welcome back looking better than ever.
Thank you Jennifer! You inspire me so much!! Sending lots of light and love your way!
I feel like I can trust you better because you're elder to me and you've a lot more experience than a lot other OG youtubers. Please never stop being honest. ❤️
My skin was the worst when I didnt eat meat. Beef liver for the win!
Wow!!!! You look so amazing…. And your eyebrows are so dense so beautiful….
I am a new subscriber. I find your videos simple, straight to the point and very informative!
yay!!! this video could not have come at a better time for me bc I've been experiencing quite a lot of hair loss/shedding recently :') so excited to try these tips out!!
Hey how r u doing now??
@@cg4274 Hi! So my case was slightly different in the sense that it turns out I was having severe scalp issues (seb derm & folliculitis) so the inflammation and scratching mainly was causing my hair loss. Even though psoriasis is different, I still found it similar enough to my symptoms so I'm thinking of following Jennifer's diet and tips to both curb the issue and to re-grow out my hair. I was following them before but I think I'll have more success now that I've gotten treatment. Are you experiencing hair loss as well?
Welcome back!! ❤️❤️
I feed my cats those sardines...... One for me, one for kitty!
Cheers.
You got it, C! You nailed it.
Thank you for this video and your insight. I appreciate the fact that you don't use or recommend high priced products on your hair, very refreshing. Although, I can't bring myself to eat organ meat... :)
It's an acquired taste for many!
Jenn, no matter what hairstyle u have, u are still very beautiful, intelligent and very spontaneous.
Luv u always n never get tired on all ur vlogs
Hi Jennifer, greetings from Romania!! 🤗 I think you are gorgeous!! I have a question if you could help me with. Regarding forehead wrinkles, as expression wrinkles (38 years) did you found a way to stop wrinkle your forehead? It seems your so self-conscious regarding your face expressions? Thank you so much! You are great!!
You are a queen! My goodness you don’t look a day over 22!
I aspire to be like you!
You are the woman I want to be . Thank you for everything
Would love to see how you eat in a day, and how you grocery shop!
That’s it I’m switching to VO5 shampoo lol I knew it didn’t matter if I used drugstore or salon brand. Your hair looks amazing!
You have such beautiful hair! I love that you are back with your wonderful videos. Could you do some more videos on your daily diet and routines. Please ❤️

I love and crave oysters 🦪 and seafood 🍤!! I am very grateful for my skin and hair health. I’m wondering from where you buy your beef liver?
JENNIFER YOU'RE GONNA SAVE MY LIFE I SWEAR
Thank you for sharing your story!
Hi Jennifer! Thank you for the calm video. Love the vibe
I've heard that vitamin D3 is better absorbed when taken with K2. What dose do you take? I would like to incorporate it in my diet.🌺
That's awsome! What else do you do?
You look Stunning! ✨😍 & what a wholesome video! Thank you 🙏💖
thank you
