I just can't take this seriously at all. Back when i was a runner in the 80's / 90's we just walked outside and went for a run using the floor that the planet provided. Apparently nowadays you need a young woman in lycra to tell you how to put one foot in front of the other. It's truly bizarre.
Finally a legit treadmill workout. Good music choice too! I am very picky with the training videos i find on youtube. Trust me... this is theeee best!!! Im totally adding this to my weekly at home workout 2x per week.

This is a great workout! I wish the video had no music so I could listen to my own because the song on repeat is kind of annoying after about 10 mins.

Your left leg is weaker on glute kickback
Hi Micky, if that is the case then a unilateral exercise like glute kickbacks are a great way to fix an imbalance!
