@@osakarose5612 I just bought a cross trainer 2 wks ago! I just now finished "my ride" through this gorgeous countryside. i could live there. but where do you buy coffee? lol
On the 15th passing anniversary of my lovely British husband, I am on my treadmill sharing this run through the Cotswolds with his spirit since we never experienced it, together. I miss him like the sun...Miss you, Philip...
How poignant and beautiful...and this is a beautiful area. It took my mind away from my troubles and the issues of this world. I am sorry for your loss and wishing you blessings from my little corner of the world to yours.
I love this! I'm a 70 year old grandma and during my younger days, running has helped me a lot. In 2007, I joined the Annual Army 10 Miler Run in Washinton DC where I used to work. I was 58 years old. I finished the run in 2 hours 44 minutes. Now at my age, I only hit my treadmill with your video to keep me healthy. Awesome!! Thanks a lot!
Somethings lay in wait and how they were put or placed there, has been the liberty of many words from a statement, that forsees, for the positive outlines drawings a future holds and is not refuge by anymeans. Holding the hands with another and hold F. 😊 31:23 .
Fighting off depression by trying to just get out of bed - this had the perfect amount of trees and beautiful countryside to make getting on my stationary bike actually worthwhile. Thank you SO MUCH for this. It's going to be a delightful habit... and I'm going to make it one by blogging about it. :) At first the speed felt a little hectic but then I made an effort to just enjoy it for what it was, and it turned out to be quite nice. Thank you again - now my brain is woken up enough to start studying for the day! :)
Hello! Have you tried reducing the playback speed? (The little gear icon at the bottom right of the screen). I've started a fitness and health channel focused towards those who are working through depression/anxiety. I'm actually trained in mathematics, believe it or not, with a second degree in psychology. I haven't quite found a place in society yet, so in the meantime I'm enjoying video editing. I'm still at the stage where I'm trying to figure out ways to improve my videos. I have a couple walking videos with hiking footage. And am looking into just posting the raw outdoor footage, something similar to this video. Check it out, you may like it. Stay strong. Also, I'd be interested in reading your blog, if it's public.
My first time workout using this video. My husband bought us a simple easy exercise bike and I am just beginning. I enjoyed this video with beautiful scenery and music. It allows me to go at my own speed and intensity. I will be 69 this week and am looking forward to going the distance with this workout.
Your virtual scene is amazing!! This is the first time I've been able to run/walk on my treadmill for full 30 mins w/out watching the clock every 5 mins. This will be my new inspiration video. Thanks!
Hey there! I completely understand your struggle with trying to keep yourself motivated during workouts, it can be a real challenge. But I have to tell you, ever since I started using the freebeat Lit Bike, my workouts have been completely transformed! The immersive experience of riding along with stimulating music truly keeps me engaged and feeling like I'm accomplishing something meaningful during my workouts. Not only do I feel like my exercise is more effective, but I look forward to my daily rides on the Lit Bike, excited to see what kind of experience my next class will bring. The virtual scenery is amazing, and I really feel like I'm getting a full workout without getting bored or feeling like I'm just going through the motions. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I encourage you to give freebeat a try if you're looking for a new and exciting way to enhance your workouts!
I am from Brighton, England, originally, now in Arizona, USA. This is such a blessing!!! Thank you for the wonderful views and memories Rick, keep making these wonderful videos. Cheers.
Wonderful! I use VR glasses on a crosstrainer and this video is one of the rare ones that make for a wonderful, quiet experience without too many bends (motion sickness) and a great view.
Really helpful video. Normal I quit after 15 minutes of so, but your video pushed me to me 30 minute goal. It really fooled my mind into wanting to see what's around the next corner. You are helping regular people. Thank you 😊
The best cycling video 👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌!!! For me it is a perfect video. It has it all: wonderful landscapes, views of very beautiful towns and the ideal music. Thank you, Thank you for sharing this treasure. Blessings (excuse my English🤭 It is not my native language)
Six weeks out from major wrist/arm surgery and three weeks out from torn hamstrings and gluts. First time completing 30 minutes of anything - in this case, on my cycling trainer. And to do it watching beautiful UK landscapes. Thankyou.
I've been using this for over 2 yrs on a recumbent stepper due to knee issues. I'm not tired of the scenery or the music. Best ever "biking-treadmill" video.
Brilliant mate, I started this a couple of years ago when on lockdown and this was my first video that I rode with everyday. I will be 70 in February. My blood pressure has decreased to approx 55- 60 BPM ( resting) thanks to this video, music is pretty good as well.
This video is great and your music really goes well with the imagery - it is really helping workout more consistently...thanks for sharing and would really appreciate more videos with your own music.
I've been using this workout video to get in shape during covid. I play it twice to get a full workout. It's active enough to bike to, but not totally agressive. The scenery is awesome. I also like the sunset feel.
Any other videos like this? Was an amazing cycle I just want more of this kind! Beautiful scenery & perfect music to complement it!!!!! Loved every minute of my work out.
My wife and I try to walk to this every morning for at least 15 minutes every week day. Like one of your other walking videos that has similar music and scenery as well!
This is the best to watch during indoor cycling training. I set up a tv stand/flat tv infront of my bike trainer.. it's an awesome escape from my world. Thank you for making this!!
I bought a roller to bike in my house due to the COVID 19 quarantine I live in Colombia and I am fascinated by this video because it is recorded in England, one of my dreams has been to ride a bike in London because it was what I liked the most when I met him and with this video I feel like I do, I love it. Thank you
I think this video perfect in every way, it was exactly what I was looking for...to experience this masterful rendition of biking in the countryside & towns, pictured in such a way, as if it were I riding my bike. Thank you so much for the sensitivity to share this with those who are unable, for whatever reasons, to do this in person & must rely on this superb virtual reality by a master performer. Salute! ❤
Ahhhh... I film natural sight and sound gopro walks in soulful cities, and I'm a real lover of slow TV, so it's great to see there's more of these wonderfully simple video's out there. I really enjoyed travelling around for a while with you. Thanks for sharing, I have subscribed.
I LOVE your workout videos! They keep me sane while I have to run the DreadMill! Since I live in the Eastern US, the scenery is so incredible and I feel like I'm super tall and running fast! Before I know it, I've run 5 miles! I've shared your link with all my running friends! Thank you!
I used this video while on my exercise bike. I rode the whole video and instead of using my game app to wind down for the day, I hopped on the bike! Thank you for the inspiration, and beautiful scenery, to keep going even when the bike seat got uncomfortable.
Love this! I wish I had discovered it earlier. I used to watch TV while I was on my stationary bike. This not only motivates me but also seems to make the time just fly by.
Thankyou so much for this. I get on my excerise bike in the morning and go for a ride round the cotswolds. It really does vastly improve a bit of a boring workout
Thank you for providing us with a video with such an exceptional landscape, giving the impression that we are really cycling in this place, even while on the gym bike! I am from Brazil
Amazingggg thank you Rick! We went all the way from Pakistan to the English Countryside for our honeymoon. It’s soooo beautiful. Will be cycling at home in pakistan to your awesome video. Brought back so many happy memories from 20 years ago. God bless you.
Loved the video Rick, thanks for taking time and effort. Would be great to finish in a pub car park, so I could pretend that too by opening a cold one from the fridge.
As a 70 year old, I like these videos when on my exercise bike, but I do find the music distracting. What I do is, to replace the music with real bird song and other country background sounds. This makes it a more realistic ride through the country. Thanks

I just found your video and it's great. I get on my stationary bike and ride along. I find myself trying to look to the right or left as things go by. Makes the ride so much more. Thank you!
These videos are really great! I'm glad someone took the time and efforts to create these. Really adds a lot more enjoyment while on the stationary bike. Thanks!
Hi Rick my friend I,m now heading across the swiss alps. It takes about 2 hours all up and I try to do it everyday. I absolutely love it!LOL And the scenery is so beautiful.
Exactly what I was looking for in a scenic cycling video. 30 minutes cycling on a stationary bike feels like nothing now. I feel like I am actually going some where! :) Thanks for the upload, very beautiful scenery! Reminds me of where I went to college. Music is pumping too. Thumbs up
Thanks for this. An easy 30m on my exercise bike at home, totally ignoring your speed or the distance! I know Bibury to Cirencester pretty well but I love the small lanes you took along the way. I shall cycle to this again - many thanks.
This one is just great, love the music and the scenery, revisiting old haunts. Also is good for motivation to get on the treadmill in the first place and then keeps you going longer than intended!
Thanks for this video! I've been looking for something like this! Please produce more clips like this one. I love the English countryside and it's so motivating seeing everything while running in one's basement.
Great video in many aspects. The lovely landscape of Cotswolds, I love the warm colours of the setting sun. Very smooth and pleasant speed. Regarding the music, hats off, you have talent :) Nice idea with using phrases from old records.
Thank you SOOO much for this energetic music to help make exercise on my treadmill fun!The time of 30 minutes is perfect. I will definitely view this often.
This is pretty much my morning elliptical workout. Enjoy the English countryside, the stone walls, houses and barns and the immaculately trimmed Beech hedges.
Wow, thank you for this! Making it a daily part of my exercise regiment. It's the best one I've run across thus far! PERFECT for my daily dual trainer bike exercises! And what a beautiful scenery to get-away-from-it-all! THANKS! :>)
This is where I started nearly two years ago!😍 I can't thank you enough Rick for starting me off on a wonderful journey. I just finished a two hour virtual bike ride across the alps and before that I did a 6 hour ride along the Autobahm. But this will always be special. This was where I broke in my body. This made everything else possible. 🤗
Beautiful video! I didn't know this was a thing. To run on a treadmill while watching a video showing panoramic views. But this might have save my treadmill workouts. I can't thank you enough for this.
14:36 Thank you. The scenery and upbeat tempo and helping me have energy on my elliptical. I love seeing the sunrise and the greenery. Kinda reminds me of my home state of Wisconsin with the two lane roads.
I'm in love with this! I've never been one for exercise, but after dealing with grief and just unhappiness with my image, I decided to start exercising. I thought an exercise bike would be the first thing I'd invest in and now I'm so glad I did! I go at my own pace, and the music really helps me structure out a workout routine! Thank you so much💙
I've used this video for my rebounder runs, it's one of my favorites, the filming is smooth, the pace is perfect and I love that I'm in New Mexico but "running" the UK countryside. I so appreciate you and thank you for a great video!
Seventh run now rick. Tiny bit more familiar. And a tiny surge at the end. Probably because I know once we cross the pedestrian crossing we are on the home stretch. Long story short i,m loving it! LOL
So thankful for this video especially in covid, and especially since I normally take a vacation in the UK each year. Would love if one of these finished at a pub!!
I just discovered your videos and can't thank you enough! I have a spin bike in my house and am missing my trips to the UK... This has helped lift my spirits tremendously while helping me get in a great workout. THANK YOU!!
God that was intense! LOL A little bit better that time because I dressed for the occasion, wore my bike pants, brought water, stopped when you stopped and i,m a tiny bit more familiar with the run but it's still one hell of an intense 30 minutes. Loving it thanks Rick!
I just purchased my stationary bike and your video was the first ride for me. I really enjoyed it. It is on my bucket list to visit over there from the US so thanks so much for letting me have a little taste of the countryside.
Awesome video. I have been using it every day and am even more inspired to live in England someday ❤️ Speed is perfect - keeps my heart rate up and other videos that are slower I quickly get bored. Any other videos?
You are THE AWESOME DUDE!!!! Thanks so much, Sweet Heart, for this BEAUTIFUL video. I actually look forward to my time on the treadmill now to listen to the upbeat music and racewalk through the stunning, pastoral countryside and quaint villages. Thank you so much for sharing these. God bless you and His blessing be on all who watch these.
Absolutey love this video and the music. During covid and work from home it's nice to get on my exercise bike after I finish work for the day and take a scenic tour of my former childhood home. Thank you so much !!! Now living in Canada
BRILLIANT! SPEED - I think the speed is perfect for an exercise bike or the like, perhaps a bit awkward on an treadmill is you’re not going full tilt (one can always use the UA-cam settings to go at 1/2 speed, more, or less). I spent 20min today reviewing other 'virtual rides' and they all bored me to death with their "realistic" pace. MUSIC - I feel your choices are really good actually. Motivational. At the gym I may have a choice RHCP, or Santana, or…, but, using your music is so simple. Just click on the video and “Go!” “…Evidently!” - I found this video last year and went nuts on it to the point of doing a number on my knees where I had to stop. I’m back, taking it a wee bit more gradual till I strengthen the knees and heart! I forgot how much I enjoyed the scenery and music. Many thanks, mate!
Turned 70 last year and decided I needed more exercise so invested in an exercise bike and now enjoy travelling the world on it.Thank you.
Me too!
Awesome ladies your inspirational
Good for you! Keep going! 😁

Best wishes to you Sheila! ❤️

My lockdown virtual exercise! Thanks whoever uploaded this video.
I'm sure there are other good virtual hike/bike/exercise vid's out there, but I just keep coming back to "the Cotswolds!"
Spot On +Rickvanman!
Nice video... Don't mind the travel speed. See more of your beautiful country. Great music!
Loved the video Rick, thanks for taking time and effort. Would be great to finish in a pub car park, so I could pretend that too by opening a cold one from the fridge.
Great idea...a virtual pint 🤔
I jog on my treadmill and this video made my workout FUN!! Thanks.❤️
As a 70 year old, I like these videos when on my exercise bike, but I do find the music distracting. What I do is, to replace the music with real bird song and other country background sounds. This makes it a more realistic ride through the country. Thanks

Pretty impressive to see planes right next to the road by the sunset! The vegetation grows around the road like a tunnel, beautiful!
That's the first real full work-out I've done with this bike! The video totally helped my motivation.
Thankyou ! I was bored with the elliptical and this helps ! The scenery is beautiful !
I actually LOVE the speed! Please make more!!!
Great video... I rode my elliptical while enjoying the British rural country side. Hats off to dry stone walls!
THANKS! :>)

just had a great 30 minutes cardio on my stationary spinning bike enjoying this beautiful English countryside :) thanks Rick!
Thank you so much Rick, and the speed is good, It feels like I'm going 20 mph instead of 5....like a super runner
Up to 15 runs now rick.
Three runs today.
Now I,ve finally broken through the pain barrier I can do it much more regularly.
I walk on my treadmill using this music. I have been listening to this music for a long time. Thank you for the video.
Love the motivation beat .
Awesome video and great idea. I do many hours on the read mill and a minimum of 1hour at a time. Thanks for sharing
I am so grateful to have found this. Thank you Rick, for those of us many miles away from home, this is truly wonderful! :)

So thankful for this video especially in covid, and especially since I normally take a vacation in the UK each year. Would love if one of these finished at a pub!!
Wow, UK is so beautiful. Thanks you so much 🌈
I just discovered your videos and can't thank you enough! I have a spin bike in my house and am missing my trips to the UK... This has helped lift my spirits tremendously while helping me get in a great workout. THANK YOU!!
THANK YOU FOR THIS AWESOME VID!!! Using it here at the gym on this rainy day in Port Townsend, Washington USA
Ameiiiiiiiiii
Obrigada
Great video! This was the first youtube virtual scenery I've got for my indoor cycling workouts!!!
God that was intense! LOL
A little bit better that time because I dressed for the occasion, wore my bike pants, brought water, stopped when you stopped and i,m a tiny bit more familiar with the run but it's still one hell of an intense 30 minutes.
Loving it thanks Rick!
I just purchased my stationary bike and your video was the first ride for me. I really enjoyed it. It is on my bucket list to visit over there from the US so thanks so much for letting me have a little taste of the countryside.
Awesome video. I have been using it every day and am even more inspired to live in England someday ❤️
Speed is perfect - keeps my heart rate up and other videos that are slower I quickly get bored. Any other videos?
Thanks, glad its been of use. Am hoping to film another one soon :)
I used my stationary bike. This made it a good ride in the woods thank you
This is more like flying than any exercise
I literally clicked on the comments to see if I was the only one thinking this is wayyyy too fast for a bike. Thanks for the laugh & confirming.
Who cares just get on with it stop scrolling and get your ass moving , Yous are in my way 🤣🤣🤣🤣🏋️🏋️🏃🏃🏃🏃
@@Lauramia24 I didn't like the speed at first but then it doesn't matter, the countryside is so beautiful and at speed you get to see much more
Wh Oooo......Slow Down.....
I felt dizzy watching this while on the treadmill. Adjusting the speed to slow it down is much better.
Original from the UK now in Canada this is a great way to start my morning, walking through my home countryside. Great video and music. Thanks.
This ride through the Cotswolds has become my new morning “work out” . Thanks,
Thank you for this upload! I use while on my stationary bike. Perfect speed! 👏🏼 Intense!
Absolutey love this video and the music. During covid and work from home it's nice to get on my exercise bike after I finish work for the day and take a scenic tour of my former childhood home. Thank you so much !!! Now living in Canada
Love the scenery and thanks so much for the perfect music. Hello from WIsconsin in the USA
Just click on the video and “Go!” “…Evidently!”
- I found this video last year and went nuts on it to the point of doing a number on my knees where I had to stop. I’m back, taking it a wee bit more gradual till I strengthen the knees and heart! I forgot how much I enjoyed the scenery and music. Many thanks, mate!
