Perth, Western Australia - CANNING VALE - VALUE for MONEY or OVERPRICED?

In this video we show you through the suburb of Canning Vale in Perth, Western Australia. This suburb is consistently in the weekly list of Best Selling Suburbs in Perth. We show you around the suburb including the famous Canning Vale Markets and give you a review on what we thought.
Canning Vale is a well-established suburb with prices to match. We'll let you decide if it represents value for money. While it doesn't have any new land releases, it does have a lot of land available to purchase from people who initially bought the land for investment purposes.
In this video we also show you through two display homes from different local Perth builders - Celebration Homes and HomeGroup WA. As there are no display homes in Canning Vale we've shown you through the ones located at Southern River which is very close to Canning Vale.

What about the prices of the houses that you toured?

Unfortunately the builders are now reluctant to give pricing due to the variations they are seeing in their costs. As builders are no longer using 'fixed price' contracts the prices usually rise during the building process surprising people. So we are no longer giving pricing as it is out-of-date the moment we say the price. Please contact the builder and they will give you a good understanding of their pricing.

We're 'North of the River' people as well but there are some southern suburbs that are pretty nice.
