- It can be tricky to find interesting and beautiful ways to get up and down from the top bar. Here are 8 of my favourite transitions with a short, easy tutorial for each one. There's something for every level from lyra beginner to advanced, I hope you enjoy it!

Could you do a tutorial on arm shapes/movements to make positions more fluid and graceful? Your pro tips are always so useful!
These transitions are top tier 🔥🔥 love your explanations and pro tips!!!
I love this video! I can't do a trapeze mount yet and I've never been taught any alternatives so I'm thrilled to try these out. I also appreciate the little 2-3 tricks combos, that's easy to remember and I can probably fit them in during downtime in my classes to practice :)
can’t wait to try all these beautiful transitions😊
I am currently working on creating a competition piece and was struggling with ideas for the top bar. This video came at just the right time !
Thank you so much for the video. You are an amazing aerialist 💝💪🎀
Your videos are so great. Thank you!
Sooo cool. I am very excited to try these. Thanks a lot 😊
Can you show how to transition from a craddle to hum... like a seating position ? Those are not that far away BUT i am puzzled on how to make that pretty. Detailed steps would be so helpfull ! 😇
I've seen someone move from the single hocks top bar push away on the title of this video into a shoulder stand on one shoulder, but I can't work it out! Could you do a tutorial?
💛💙
Is there an alternative fir the flying russian for people who cannot do a full split ?
