@AJ 390 ,Umm do you think going from spur to helical was a good choice? I agree with different gear ratios to carry more speed between gears ... But the gear design generates an axial load as well. That means there will be a force exerted towards or away from on other gear components, in the Z axis. And spur gears are generally good at transmitting power without any stray axial loads...

The final drive ratio is what makes it run stress free at top speed. This is what should've been given by Hero in the first place. SMH!
I'm guessing the first and final gear ratios have been made longer in this performance kit? Any changes to sprockets along with this?
That headlight section replaced by GR is one really good idea! Strange that this isn't a highway cruising machine and would need such a move.
Just a suggestion, though it might be costlier, get the Racedynamics ECU to bump the power by 3HP and you'll have one hell of a fun machine. It should be worth it.
That's correct.. We haven't made any changes to the sprockets. We did test it out earlier, but the bike used to shoot until 80kmph and that was it. Stock setup is good enough for highways and city.
The RD box does not churn out more than 1ps is what I've heard from them. So paying 18k just for that which is not at all noticeable is not value for money :)

Mod looks healthy. I think putting one tooth less sprocket in the rear will be nice for top end speed.. Or putting 17' wheel will improve torque and low end performance if possible!!
What is the change in gear ratio with this vs the stock? How many teeth??
Thanks for the great information! Do you recommend getting the powertronic ecu with this part or just this part is enough for smooth delivery of power? I'm more into off-roading and don't care about top speed. With stock, the bike stalls sometimes. Also, is changing sprocket necessary along with this part?
Sprocket change is definitely upto each rider. Give it a try and see what suits yoir riding need and the powertronics doesnt do much for this bike. So i recommended not investing in it :)

The new BS-6 Version is getting oil colling from the factory...
What I am guessing is that we the existing Xpulse owners can replace the Clutch Cover side with the new one, and do some clamping modifications for the cooling radiator..

I own a xpulse looks like a good modification.
Bike feels alot more smoother, no vibes and in every gear you feel the change.. Basically it is a bit taller

Hello, the top speed cannot be increased as this engine has very less potential and nothing much you can do. I have done only the clutch work as it makes the feel more relaxed and lesser gear changes.

Yes can be done on fi and carb and this is completely related to the clutch. This cannot be done at the showroom. Plz contact the details given in the description and he will guide you further
