Simon Jordan is especially critical of people who don't look like him. His wife is a far right nut with links to Nigel Farage (Michelle Dewberry) and GB News and he defended racist Millwall fans that were abusing football players for standing against racism. I think we know where he is coming from on the Lukaku issue !
I agree, 250K is what he gets weekly, he wasn't playable for a week, so one weeks penalty is 100% fair.
Conte got the best out of Lukaku and you can bet it wasn't by being gentle with him. Lukaku needs friction and he needs to know who the boss is.

Is this really a big deal? He wanted to placate Inter fans and repair his relationship with the club that brought the best moments in his career and he’s unhappy with how his Chelsea career which hasn’t been great so far but he also wants to do well and succeed at the club.

You have to play to Lakaku's strengths if that's not happening and his form is suffering as a result then he has to look after his own back he dose himself no favours suffering in silence. Could be the difference between himself ending up at another top club or a mid table one.
Or maybe he should learn to play in a new way... Imagine telling a manager how they should set up their team and what his tactics can and can't be. Doesn't make sense. He's a player and he should play how the manager wants.
And his interview was a lot more than just "I don't like the way Tuchel sets us up" in fact, that's not even the reason people are upset.

First of all, Rooney was a world class talent, but also a world class team player. He did most of his talking on the pitch. Lukaku is a flat-track bully and has achieved nothing in comparison.

But he was also 1000% correct in hindsight, because he questioned the ambition of the club and the fact that we sold Ballon D'or winner Ronaldo and replaced him with Antonion Valencia and Owen. The rot started way back then due to the leeching owners, Chelsea is in a totally different state and are a team that will challenge for any trophy available every single season, whereas United lost that gradually. So Lukaku is just a self-serving sc*mbag and should never be put in the same sentence as Wazza.

I was at the game on Sunday. In the ground and in the pub before and after the game, there wasn’t a great deal of love for him. One thing fans don’t like, no matter who they support, is when someone shows a lack of respect for their club. It doesn’t mean his career at Chelsea is finished, if he starts banging in the goals all will be forgotten but we was all saying he’s not a Drogba or a Costa. He’ll never be a Kerry Dixon or a Peter Osgood either, he’ll never have that legend status…

In reality, he reminds me of Benteke...who did amazing things for quite a long time, but faded. RL is a big boy, can power into any defence, but seems at odds and not getting it done has always been there, no matter the team...it keeps happening...in with a bang, then he fades. Italy may well the right place for him, better suited...But, to get back in grace with his club, fans and the game after his pitiful comments...now that is a whole new job. He can not hide from it now and any club will ask that question of him...

Our attack as a whole doesn't offer much in terms of assist or goals. It's all about workrate but who in that attack that you depend on when we need someone to take game by the scruff. Mount is the best attacking player and he can't even do that
@@udbz7264 lol lukaku being in the team makes us one dimensional he plays with his back to the goal and doesn’t make runs always wants the ball even though he has no technical ability to get out of sticky situations that some strikers have. He’s a good target man but he wants the ball to early he wants to start the attack and finish it and our game plan is obvious to the opposition. It has worked this season but it’s worked less than it’s actually worked for him.
