Away Goes The Maracas no he was definitely bisexual, he was in love with his first partner mary, and ended staying her friend for the duration of his life, he did experience attraction to other guys and had many relationships with women and men!
No he was gay. Mary Austin was his first love, and he says they were soul mates. But she got married and had children. Both roger Taylor and Brian May have confirmed that he a gay man. He found his true love, Jim Hutton, a few years before his death. Many queenie s, including myself, say that if freddie did not die, they would go on get married them selves.
My parents used to have like a bajillion of them and they would give us one each day when we got all or chores done or for celebrations of different things.
Fully aware it is a joke but: if your hair is straight you're lying. I had a server undercut, shorter hair than Jamie and an emo fringe of bob length for the final year of uni. Way too high maintenance, even when it eventually grew out to Bob length. Buzz cut or nothing - and I'm not that brave/insensitive to cold yet.
He was having such a panic when he was talking about the holes in Crocs. They're made to go in water therefore the holes let the water in and out to its easier to walk
I have black glitter Crocs I wear when I'm working in my garden and I actually unironically love them. They're perfect for "outside" but not "public outside", if that makes sense.
Random thing that happened yesterday: I used the boys’ toilets for the first time, I was horrified that people were going to notice I was trans and as soon as I entered a stall I just burst in tears and after that my dad was mad but I just felt so confused on how to feel, I was ecstatic but at the same time crying from sadness and also angry at my dad for not supporting me. Looking back at it, I’m happy, I’m glad, it wasn’t anything like I expected, cause my expectations were so damn low and also so damn different and yeah
Me: *slowly starts cutting my hair shorter and shorter* My mother: "Be careful. If you cut your hair too short, you'll look like a boy." My brain: That would be the point.
This reminds me of one of the first times I got validated before I knew why or how or what it meant. I love both my Grandmas with all my heart, Rest In Peace forever and always to both of them, but I was just such a Trans Boy without even knowing it. One Christmas (I was 10, 11, or 12), we were getting ready to visit my extended family for the holiday, mid-afternoon. My Grandma lived with us at the time, and we were supposed to wear something a little dressy because it was a holiday. I had picked out my first ever real SWEATER for the holiday itself a couple of weeks earlier, and I was always a t-shirt and shorts or t-shirt and jeans boy, but I was proud of the sweater because I felt like a fancy boy :) I came downstairs after getting dressed, my Grandma looks me up and down, and says kind of angrily/harshly: “You look like a boy!” And I could tell by her face and her tone of voice that she didn’t like (maybe she was disappointed ?), so I tried to keep a neutral face, but instantly, my mind lit up with joy because that was all I wanted !!!!
I’ve got a wholesome story for ya: So I’m AFAB (assigned female at birth) but identify as non-binary. A week ago my family wanted to go swimming, and brought my bathing suit, a one piece with a miniskirt attached. It makes me feel insecure and dysphoric, so I stole some of my brother’s old trunks and rash guards, but I was having a hard time finding ones that fit. I’m out to my immediate family, but my parents don’t really accept me. So I quietly explained to my dad my problem, and he actually helped me pick out things that fit! He got three cool parent points that day.
My mom: * talking about if I have a "boy in my life" in the future * Me: * wearing a flannel, wearing dr martens, desperately wanting an undercut and an eyebrow slit, listening to girl in red * Oh yeah... so straight, very straight, much boys....
@@em0_dem0ngacha45 Ahhh sorry my old account got deleted so my replies don’t show up anymore 😰 What’s funny about it was that it was my school account from when I went to a private Christian school-
Can I just say I've gone through something similar: My mom: Do you want me to give you my old skirts? Me, wearing a long white shirt over my brother's old swim trunks because I don't have long shorts, with short hair that I had started cutting myself and my mom told me that it was better to go to a hair salon because I was doing it untidily, my self-made eyebrow slit my parents scolded me because of, wearing two pairs of bras as a chest-binder and playing mother mother on repeat: uuuhhhh no thanks
"I can feel the expression on a Clone mask. How does that work?" Jamie, you clearly need to watch The Clone Wars TV show or The Mandalorian TV show. Those masks have more expression than the two drama/comedy masks!
Here's some positivity: My mum is genrally very supportive of me being bi but it's still somewhat awkward to comment on it in front of her. So earlier today my cousin came to visit. I was commenting on this one woman I sae and sad something along the lines of (I'm 22, the woman is in her 40 but has really cool style) "if she were 20 years younger, I'd probably be..." and then I made a gesture for "crushing so badly". And then my mum (who had her back turned towards my cousin and me) said "Yeah, you'd have a crush, you can say it, I'm fine with it, she sounds like your type!" It really made my day!
@freeshavo cado I hope it goes well once you do tell her. My mum is liberal but I was still freaking out when planning to come out to her. I'm out here, when most people don't actually know me, I'm out to my friends and most of my family, my cousin actually being the first person I told, but I'm not really out outside of that. I'm not hiding my support of LGBTQIA community, far from it and if someone straight up asked me if I'm bi, I wouldn't deny it. But I just don't really want to deal with people who I know might not accept it but I still have to interract on daily bases.
My parents are decently homophobic and transphobic but not in the sense of not liking LGBTQ+ people (my dad literally has gay "friends" more like biking buddies), but in the sense that they only see harmful stereotypes and don't really care to actually educate themselves. They were raised Christian and strongly believe in loving everyone, and actually live by it, but they I at don't care to really educate themselves because "it doesn't affect them" while my bisexual self is simultaneously trying not to freak out and crack up laughing. Honestly it could be so much worse.
@@abyss6484 I have a similar problem with my grandma. She is "oh why do they have to speak about it so much" type of person. She is pro marriage and adoption rights, she understands it is not a choice but then she goes and accuses a gay guy in a crime TV show as a prime suspect because "he was in love with the victim's boyfriend and was jealous and gay man are just like that, they will do it out of jeallousy". I mean one think that is good is that "the right" in my country is pretty anti-LGBT and she hates the right so she is in a way pro-LGBT by proxy. Maybe I should just wait for some righ-winger to say something super homofobic and be "yeah he's a total jerk...BTW I'm totally bi". In all honesty, I'm currently decided on only telling her if I actually end up dating a woman.
Aww I love this. I'm 31 and still 99% in the closet about being bi mainly because of my mom and her parents. I love my mom and she's great, but I don't think she would understand because of her upbringing and religious beliefs. That's so wonderful your mom is supportive ❤️

The "is this bi pride" meme is me whenever I see the asexual or agender colours. One of my friends in undergrad had a sweater in the agender colours but I'm pretty sure it wasn't intentionally a pride sweater so I never said anything because I don't think she knew what agender was.
What is agender? Is it when you are gender fluid or non binary? Or is it something completely different. Idek. I'm not completely educated on the gender stuff. But whatever you are I support you.
@@emilybrown7129 agender is a nonbinary gender characterized by specifically having No gender. A- meaning "none" as a prefix. It's... kind of self explanatory, but I hope I helped clarify.

"Everybody loves trans people when they're born" Fact. My kids have been cool with our trans friends since birth. And TBH, explaining trans people to them was just not hard.
DementedDoll yeah, and it’s not “sexualizing kids”, it’s not like you are explaining the sex reassignment surgery to a 5 year old, just the general concept that trans people exist
fr I came out as a trans guy when my brother was 5 or 6 and he was the quickest of all my family and friends to get used to pronouns and seeing me as a guy. Kids just don't care
Did u know there us an actual reason for being trans? Trans people normally have the brain of the gender they identify as. A trans man for example is most of the times born with the brain of a man but the genitals of a woman.
5:13 lol me. had a french class today where the prompt involved the french word for boyfriend which could be changed to girlfriend. ‘ma petite copine’ was very affirming :)
I’m talking kids and teens who don’t have parents that they live with, because they’re a). not alive anymore or b). don’t have custody. Their are many kids in the foster care system.
Adopted children: hello? Is this mic on? Adopted children sometimes don't get adopted into good houses or never get to see their birth parents. I just thought I'd bring this up as a foster care child and an adopted child like the almost all of the rest of my siblings. I only have one that lives with me. I'm lucky I get to see my birth mom, but I haven't seen those other brothers since I was 4 due to closed adoption. I can't wait to meet them. One of them is almost 16ish and when he grows up, he can choose for himself if he wants to meet his birth siblings. If he knows me and my other brother exist. Sometimes in closed adoptions, you never meet your birth relatives.
7:14 agreed. Although instigation is a rather childish reason. It's like saying "but they started it". The real reason should be either the motive or the desired outcome behind the correction.
Fun fact, none of my friends are straight and I'm not either so at school while I was waiting to get on my bus I started to yell "BEING STRAIGHT IS A PHASE" and my friend that I was hanging out with was just like "YES PREACH GIRL!" then my bus arrived and I quickly got on before I got in trouble-

@Décal- come at me the issue is that it was not asked for and it was not a trans person suggesting the name, it was forced onto them by a cis person. Yes Alex is neutral, that does not make this okay though. If it's rude to do that with a birth name then it's rude to do that with a chosen name too.
@Décal- come at me it's okay, you didn't need to delete it. I didn't think you meant any hard harm, or i would have been more blunt. Mistakes are okay. It's when you keep making them after they're pointed out that you become an asshole. Have a lovely day!

Also the song isn't confirmedly about being bi, it could as well be about a band being horny for bicyclists of the Tour Le France. Anyhow it's worth looking up, great song altogether.
Fun fact: The lead singer of Queen, Freddy mercury was bi! c:
Queen fan here! His name was spelt Freddie Mercury and he was gay. Bicycle is one of my favourite songs!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Fun fact: Those little croc accessories are called Jibbitz. I learned this at a summer camp and I have never forgotten.
My parents used to have like a bajillion of them and they would give us one each day when we got all or chores done or for celebrations of different things.
That's like knowing the caps at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Who names these things?

Fully aware it is a joke but: if your hair is straight you're lying. I had a server undercut, shorter hair than Jamie and an emo fringe of bob length for the final year of uni. Way too high maintenance, even when it eventually grew out to Bob length. Buzz cut or nothing - and I'm not that brave/insensitive to cold yet.

I have black glitter Crocs I wear when I'm working in my garden and I actually unironically love them. They're perfect for "outside" but not "public outside", if that makes sense.
Random thing that happened yesterday:
I used the boys’ toilets for the first time, I was horrified that people were going to notice I was trans and as soon as I entered a stall I just burst in tears and after that my dad was mad but I just felt so confused on how to feel, I was ecstatic but at the same time crying from sadness and also angry at my dad for not supporting me.
Looking back at it, I’m happy, I’m glad, it wasn’t anything like I expected, cause my expectations were so damn low and also so damn different and yeah
I'm so proud of you❤️❤️❤️🏳️🌈
I'm so proud of you, congratulations

The trick is to have dark hair so you can say the sun burns your neck becuase of basically black hair
i want the opposite, but my parents always force me to have a haircut

I’ve got a wholesome story for ya:
So I’m AFAB (assigned female at birth) but identify as non-binary.
That's so cute aaa. sending wholesome vibes 💖
That's cute!
I love you
Good for you :)

"poopy stuff" - best description of 2020 so far...
That’s what people will say when asked what happened in 2020.
@@guo6826 i'll definitely tell this to my grandchildren if i end up having some and they ask me.
Here's some positivity:
My mum is genrally very supportive of me being bi but it's still somewhat awkward to comment on it in front of her. So earlier today my cousin came to visit. I was commenting on this one woman I sae and sad something along the lines of (I'm 22, the woman is in her 40 but has really cool style) "if she were 20 years younger, I'd probably be..." and then I made a gesture for "crushing so badly". And then my mum (who had her back turned towards my cousin and me) said "Yeah, you'd have a crush, you can say it, I'm fine with it, she sounds like your type!"
It really made my day!
oh wow thats awesome!!! So happy for you!!!!! :D
'Woah, you're bi? Does that mean you like bicycles?'.
Of course, that's the exact reason why Freddie Mercury wrote 'Bicycle Race'. As simple as that.

@Décal- come at me it's okay, you didn't need to delete it. I didn't think you meant any hard harm, or i would have been more blunt.
Mistakes are okay.
It's when you keep making them after they're pointed out that you become an asshole.
Have a lovely day!
SEND THEM FLOWERY CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY CARDS, ADDRESSED TO THE WRONG NAME. BE CONSISTENT, USE IT EVERYWHERE, MAKE THEM FEEL IT. :D
Omg I love all your videos, they are so funny and smooth, they seems so short! Keep going, you’re awesome!
